Claims (12)
- 密度が30kg/m3~750kg/m3の範囲であり、固有粘度が0.5dl/g~1.0dl/gの範囲である発泡ポリエチレンテレフタラートを含む、ポリマー材料。
- 前記発泡ポリエチレンテレフタラートの厚みが500μm~25000μmの範囲である、請求項1に記載のポリマー材料。
- 前記発泡ポリエチレンテレフタラートが、一方の面に波状面を有する、請求項1に記載のポリマー材料。
- ポリエチレン若しくはポリエチレンコポリマー、又は押出キャストポリエチレンテレフタラート、又はポリエチレンテレフタラートコポリマーの層が、前記発泡ポリエチレンテレフタラートを部分的に溶融させることによって、前記材料の表面張力に起因して前記発泡ポリエチレンテレフタラートの一方の面に適用されている、請求項1に記載のポリマー材料。
- 前記層の厚みが10μm~50μmの範囲である、請求項4に記載のポリマー材料。
- ポリマー材料の製造方法であって、
固有粘度が0.5dl/g~1.0dl/gの範囲であり、ポリエチレンテレフタラート廃棄物又は一次ポリエチレンテレフタラートをベースとして得られたポリエチレンテレフタラート顆粒が、含水率0.005%~0.7%まで乾燥され、
前記ポリエチレンテレフタラートが、押出機の材料投入供給装置にさらに投入され、前記材料投入供給装置で前記ポリエチレンテレフタラートが染料又は加工添加剤と混合され、
次いで、前記ポリエチレンテレフタラートが、窒素若しくは二酸化炭素、又はイソペンタン、又はn-ペンタン、又はフレオン(Freon(商標)134a若しくは142a若しくは152a)又はそれらの混合物を同時に供給している間に押し出され、
ダイの前、前記ダイの内部、及び前記ダイの出口に設けられたコネクタ内で、ポリエチレンテレフタラート溶融物が温度及び圧力の制御が可能な発泡に供されて30kg/m3~750kg/m3の範囲の密度が得られ、
その後、前記ダイからの前記溶融物がカレンダーロール上に供給され、前記カレンダーロール上で前記溶融物が冷却され、500μm~25000μmの厚みにカレンダー加工され、さらに筋付け(ミシン目付け)に供され、別々のシートに切断される、

- 前記カレンダー加工の際に、輪転グラビア若しくはオフセット若しくはフレキソ印刷を用いて、又はそれらの任意の組み合わせによって、印刷層が発泡ポリエチレンテレフタラートの一方の面に適用される、請求項6に記載のポリマー材料の製造方法。
- 前記ポリエチレンテレフタラート廃棄物として、ボトル、繊維、フィラメント、スプルー、フレークが用いられる、請求項7に記載のポリマー材料の製造方法。
- 前記ダイから出た発泡ポリエチレンテレフタラートをカレンダー加工する際に、波形カレンダーロールが用いられ、それによって前記発泡ポリエチレンテレフタラートの一方の面に波状面が形成され、ロール対のもう一方のカレンダーロールが、平滑化されるか、レリーフが付与されている、請求項6に記載のポリマー材料の製造方法。
- ポリエチレン若しくはポリエチレンコポリマー、又は押出キャストポリエチレンテレフタラート、又はポリエチレンテレフタラートコポリマーの層が、押出キャストによって前記材料の外側の面に適用される、請求項6に記載のポリマー材料の製造方法。
