1.1 素材ガラス混合物の製造
リン酸カルシウムガラスからなる坩堝仕込み物の製造には101.09gのCaCO3(1.00モル)及び141.94gのP2O5(1.00モル)が必要である。
図1に示したように炉に入れる。炉を閉じ、0℃~1050℃:300K/hの加熱速度の燒結プログラムを選択する。

耐熱性バケツに冷えた水道水(完全脱塩水ではない。ガラスからの浸出を防止するため!)を入れて準備しなければならない。
固化したガラスは、粗く粉砕し次いで2つの酸化アルミニウム製粉砕カップに入れるべきである。酸化アルミニウム製粉砕ビーズ(3個の中型ビーズ 直径=1.5cm、4個の小型ビーズ 直径1cm)を加え、遊星ボールミル中200rpmにてガラスを4時間粉砕する。比較的大きな粒子が残っていないことを確認するために(ガラスの破片や比較的に大きな粒が残っているかもしれない!)、粉砕されたガラスを篩タワー中で篩(200μm)にかける。平均粒子径の決定のため、サンプルを採りレーザー粒度計による測定に付す(D50 25μm未満)。

・Brand トランスファーペッテS(容量500~5000μl)
・BrandトランスファーペッテS(容量100~1000μl)
・Portamess 911 pHメーター(Knick社より)
・150mlビーカー(液体成分の調製用)
・1個の圧延縁ガラス容器(リン酸カルシウムガラスの秤取用)
・12個の塗布単位用圧延縁ガラス容器(50mm×20mm、容量15ml)
・12個の密着する蓋
・12個のマグネティックスターラーロッド(10×6mm)
・マルチポイントスターラー(VarioMag社より)
26.8gのKöstrosol(登録商標)及び53.2gの煮沸水を秤取する。次いでこれら2つの成分を合わせ、約15分間撹拌する。
各塗布単位につき、5gの液体成分を用いる。秤量は、Sartorius CP324S分析天秤上で行う。各場合に、4710μlの液体成分(密度:1.06g/ml)を、Brand トランスファーペッテS(容量500~5000μl)を用いて、12個の圧延縁ガラス容器へとピペッティングする。続いて、各場合に、0.125gの固体成分(リン酸カルシウムガラス)をSartorius CP324S分析天秤上で小型の圧延縁ガラス容器に秤取し、そして液体成分を含んだ上記12個の圧延縁ガラス容器に移す。
液体成分と固体成分とを合わせることにより懸濁液を形成する。圧延縁ガラス容器は関連した蓋で密封する。続いて、サンプルをマルチポイントスターラー(VarioMaq社より)上で700~750rpmにて約1時間撹拌する。
1時間の撹拌時間後、各場合に、Brand トランスファーペッテS(容量100~1000μl)を用いて300μlの希塩酸を加える。次いでこれら12個の圧延縁ガラス容器を再び密封する。これらのサンプルを終夜撹拌する。
最後に、グルコン酸クロルヘキシジン(20%)を添加する。グルコン酸クロルヘキシジンは、Sartorius CP324S分析天秤上で秤取する。各場合において、50μlのグルコン酸クロルヘキシジン(20%)をBrand トランスファーペッテS(容量100~1000μl)を用いて上記12個のサンプル中に移す。個々の測定量を記録する。グルコン酸クロルヘキシジンの添加に続いて、サンプルを再び密封し、なお5分更に撹拌する。ふわふわした析出物が形成される。長く(約2時間)放置するときサンプルは固体となる。
3.1 サンプル調製
歯のサンプルを象牙細管に達するまで横断方向に研磨した。清浄化し乾燥させたサンプルに、綿棒を用いて再石灰化懸濁液を塗った。懸濁液は歯(象牙質)に対し10分間作用した。続いてサンプルを生理食塩水(媒質は毎日交換)中に所定の期間(0日、1日、7日、14日)貯蔵した。この設定は、口腔内の環境を模擬するように働いた。各観察時点において、サンプルを取り出し、乾燥させ、走査型電子顕微鏡法(SEM)により分析した。

Claims (8)
- 歯の再石灰化のための組成物であって、
a)リン酸カルシウム(CaP)ガラス、及び
b)水性シリカゾル
を含んでなる、組成物。 - Capガラスが粉砕され且つ篩過されたものであり、粒子径が100μm未満である、請求項1の組成物。
- Capガラスの粒子径が、35μm未満のD50及び/又は90μm未満のD90を有するものである、請求項2の組成物。
- 完全脱塩水及び希塩酸を更に含んでなるものである、前記請求項の1つ又は2つ以上の組成物。
- グルコン酸クロルヘキシジン及び/又は希塩酸を更に含んでなる、前記請求項の1つ又は2つ以上の組成物。
- リン酸カルシウムガラスが略等モル量のCaCO3とP2O5から製造されるものである、前記請求項の1つ又は2つ以上の組成物。
- 約30~35%w/wのSiO2ゾル、約60~70%w/wの水、及び約2~3%w/wのCaPガラスを、SiO2ゾル、水及びCaPガラスの合計量ベースで含んでなる、前記請求項の1つ又は2つ以上の組成物。
- 歯の再石灰化のための前記請求項の1つ又は2つ以上の組成物の使用。
