Abstract
Description
(1)環境に優しく、ODP値が0、GWP値<1である。
(2)優れた熱伝導性を有し、反応熱の物理的性能と熱伝導性綜合性能を代表する作業物質基準数M′はいずれもHFC-245faより高いが、HFC-245faはそれにしても現在IDCの冷却に使われる真っ先に選択される作業流体である。
(3)0℃~100℃の作業温度範囲において、優れた熱交換性と低い飽和蒸気圧を有し、当該作業流体の製造原価を低減することができる。
(4)安定性が良く、安全性が高い。
本発明の重力ヒートパイプのODP値は、CFC-11を測定することによって1.0の参考値として得られ、GWP値はCO2を用いることによって1.0(100年)の参考値として得られる。
本発明に関わる混合流体には、以下のものが含まれうる。
HFO-1234ze(Z)/HFO-1336mzz(E)を適当な比例で混合(例えば80/20)、
HFO-1234ze(Z)/HFO-1336mzz(E) を適当な比例で混合(例えば20/80)、
HFO-1234ze(Z)/HCFO-1224yd を適当な比例で混合 (例えば90/10)、
HFO-1234ze(Z)/HCFO-1224ydを適当な比例で混合(例えば10/90)、
HFO-1234ze(Z)/HCFO-1233zd(E) を適当な比例で混合(例えば10/90)、
HFO-1234ze(Z)/HCFO-1233zd(E) を適当な比例で混合(例えば90/10)、
HCFO-1233zd(E)/HCFO-1224yd を適当な比例で混合(例えば10/90)、
HCFO-1233zd(E)/HCFO-1224ydを適当な比例で混合 (例えば90/10)、
HFO-1336mzz(E)/HCFO-1224ydを適当な比例で混合(例えば90/10)、

Claims (13)
- 重力ヒートパイプの作業流体はHFO-1234ze(Z)、HFO-1234ze(E)、HFO-1234yf、HFO-1336mzz(Z)、HFO-1336mzz(E)、HFO-1224yd(Z)、HFO-1233zd(E)およびその混合物から選択される、ことを特徴とする重力ヒートパイプ。
- 前記作業流体はHFO-1234ze(Z)、HFO-1234yf、HFO-1233zd(E)、HFO-1336mzz(E)、HFO-1224yd(Z)およびその混合物から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の重力ヒートパイプ。
- 前記作業流体はHFO-1234ze(Z)である、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の重力ヒートパイプ。
- 前記作業流体を混合物とする時に、1234ze(Z)、HFO-1233zd(E)またはHFO-1336mzz(E)をそのうちの1つの成分とする、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の重力ヒートパイプ。
- 作業流体の混合物は、
HFO-1234ze(Z)/HFO-1336mzz(E)、HFO-1234ze(Z)/HFO-1336mzz(E)、HFO-1234ze(Z)/HCFO-1224yd、HFO-1234ze(Z)/HCFO-1224yd、HFO-1234ze(Z)/HCFO-1233zd(E)、HFO-1234ze(Z)/HCFO-1233zd(E) 、HCFO-1233zd(E)/HCFO-1224yd、HCFO-1233zd(E)/HCFO-1224yd、HFO-1336mzz(E)/HCFO-1224ydおよびHFO-1336mzz(E)/HCFO-1224ydから選択される、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の重力ヒートパイプ。 - 前記作業流体は、重力ヒートパイプの作業流体として元々使用されていたHFC-245fa、HFC-134aまたはR410aに代わり、直接代替される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の重力ヒートパイプ。
- 前記重力ヒートパイプは平板式重力ヒートパイプである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の重力ヒートパイプ。
- 前記重力ヒートパイプは電子設備やコンピューター、通信基地局、サーバーまたはデータセンターなどに使用される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の重力ヒートパイプ。
- 請求項1に記載の重力ヒートパイプを冷却する方法。
- 前記作業流体は、HFO-1234ze(Z)、HFO-1234ze(E)、HFO-1336mzz(Z)、HFO-1336mzz(E)、HFO-1224yd(Z)、HFO-1233zd(E)およびその混合物から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の冷却方法。
- 前記作業流体はHFO-1234ze(Z)、HFO-1234yf、HFO-1233zd(E)、HFO-1224yd(Z)およびその混合物から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の冷却方法。
- 前記作業流体はHFO-1234ze(Z)である、ことを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の冷却方法。
- 前記重力ヒートパイプは0~100℃の間にて作動される、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の冷却方法。
