Claims (12)
- 第1電極シートと、極性が前記第1電極シートと逆である第2電極シートと、前記第1電極シートと前記第2電極シートとの間に配置されたセパレータとを含み、前記第1電極シート、前記セパレータ及び前記第2電極シートが巻回することにより形成される電極アセンブリであって、
前記第1電極シートは、第1集電体と、前記第1集電体の表面に設けられた第1活性物質層とを含み、前記第1電極シートの巻き終わり端は、前記第2電極シートの巻き終わり端の巻芯から遠く離れた外側に位置し、前記第1電極シートの巻き終わり端における前記第1活性物質層は、前記第1集電体の前記第2電極シートに向かう側の表面を被覆し、前記第1電極シートの巻き終わり端における前記第1集電体の前記第2電極シートと後ろ向きの面には、前記第1活性物質層がコーティングされていなく、
前記電極アセンブリは、第1接着部材をさらに含み、前記第1接着部材は、前記電極アセンブリの外面に設けられていることを特徴とする電極アセンブリ。 - 前記第1接着部材は、スポットコーティング、コーティングなどの方法によって電極アセンブリの外面に配置された半液体の粘性材料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記第1接着部材の厚さは、20μmよりも小さいか若しくはそれに等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記電極アセンブリは、第2接着部材をさらに含み、前記第1接着部材は、前記第2接着部材に接続され、前記第2接着部材は、前記第1電極シートの巻き終わり端に接続され、且つ前記電極アセンブリの外面の一部を被覆することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 第2接着部材の厚さは15μm~25μmであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 第2電極シートの巻き終わり端は、巻取方向に沿って、前記第1電極シートの巻き終わり端から張り出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記セパレータの巻き終わり端は、巻取方向に沿って、前記第2電極シートの巻き終わり端から張り出していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記電極アセンブリは、前記第1電極シートに接続される第1タブと、前記第2電極シートに接続される第2タブと、をさらに含み、前記電極アセンブリの厚さ方向に沿って、前記第1タブと前記第2タブとの投影は重なり合わないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記第1電極シートの巻き始め端には、第1裸箔領域が設けられ、前記第2電極シートの巻き始め端には、第2裸箔領域が設けられ、前記第1タブは、前記第1裸箔領域に設けられ、前記第2タブは、前記第2裸箔領域に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記電極アセンブリは、前記第1裸箔領域に設けられ、且つ前記第1タブを被覆する第1絶縁部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 前記第1接着部材の接着力は100~1000N/mであり、引張破壊応力は4000N/mよりも小さいか若しくはそれに等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ。
- 電極アセンブリと、包装体と、を備える電池であって、
前記電極アセンブリは、請求項1~11の何れか一項に記載の電極アセンブリであり、且つ前記包装体の中に収容されており、前記電極アセンブリのタブは、前記包装体から張り出していることを特徴とする電池。
