Claims (10)
- 弁口(11)を有する弁体(10)と、
前記弁体(10)内に移動可能に設けられ、収容室を有する弁ヘッド(21)及び押圧スリーブ(22)を含み、前記収容室の前記弁口(11)に近い一端に底壁を有し、前記底壁に貫通孔(211)が設けられ、前記弁ヘッド(21)が前記弁口(11)を閉鎖するために用いられる弁ヘッド部と、
前記弁体(10)内に設けられ、前記弁ヘッド部が内部に設けられるガイドスリーブ(60)と、
前記弁体(10)内に移動可能に設けられ、端部が前記押圧スリーブ(22)を貫通し、前記端部及び前記押圧スリーブ(22)に通路が設けられ、前記通路、前記収容室、及び前記貫通孔(211)が前記弁ヘッド部を貫通する均等化通路を共に形成する駆動部と、
前記収容室内に設けられ、一端が前記底壁に係合され、他端が前記駆動部の前記端部によって圧縮可能である弾性部材(40)と、
前記弁ヘッド部と前記ガイドスリーブ(60)との間に設けられる密封部材(80)と、
を含む電子膨張弁。 - 前記駆動部はロッド状部材(31)及び弁スリーブ(32)を含み、前記ロッド状部材(31)は軸方向に移動可能であり、前記ロッド状部材(31)の端部と前記弁スリーブ(32)とが接続され、前記弁スリーブ(32)と前記弁ヘッド部の前記弁口(11)から離れた一端とが係合され、前記弾性部材(40)の他端と前記弁スリーブ(32)とが当接される、請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記弁スリーブ(32)は前記ロッド状部材(31)の前記端部に固定され、前記弁スリーブ(32)の外周面は第1制限段差を有し、前記弾性部材(40)の他端と前記第1制限段差とが当接される、請求項2に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記弁ヘッド(21)の前記弁口(11)から離れた一端は前記収容室に連通する開口を有し、前記押圧スリーブ(22)が前記開口に設けられ、前記弁スリーブ(32)と前記押圧スリーブ(22)とが当接される、請求項2に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記ロッド状部材(31)は、前記押圧スリーブ(22)の内側に設けられ、前記押圧スリーブ(22)を通過し、前記押圧スリーブ(22)の外周面は第2制限段差を有し、前記押圧スリーブ(22)の一部は前記収容室内に設けられ、前記弁ヘッド(21)の端面と前記第2制限段差とが当接される、請求項4に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記弁スリーブ(32)の内壁と前記ロッド状部材(31)との間に第1逃げ孔(321)を有し、前記押圧スリーブ(22)の内壁と前記ロッド状部材(31)との間に第2逃げ孔(221)を有し、前記第1逃げ孔(321)及び前記第2逃げ孔(221)が前記通路を形成し、前記貫通孔(211)、前記収容室、前記第1逃げ孔(321)、及び前記第2逃げ孔(221)が順に連通される、請求項2に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記ロッド状部材(31)は、互いに接続される第1ロッドセグメント(311)及び第2ロッドセグメント(312)を含み、前記第2ロッドセグメント(312)の断面積は前記第1ロッドセグメント(311)の断面積より小さく、前記第2ロッドセグメント(312)は前記押圧スリーブ(22)及び前記弁スリーブ(32)内に設けられ、前記弁スリーブ(32)の内壁と前記第2ロッドセグメント(312)との間に前記第1逃げ孔(321)を有し、前記押圧スリーブ(22)の内壁と前記第2ロッドセグメント(312)との間に前記第2逃げ孔(221)を有する、請求項6に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記第2ロッドセグメント(312)の径方向断面は弓状である、請求項7に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記駆動部に雄ねじを有する電子膨張弁であって、
雌ねじを有し、前記雄ねじと前記雌ねじとが係合されるナットアセンブリ(50)を更に含む、請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。 - 前記駆動部の端部が前記弁ヘッド部内に挿入される長さは、前記弁ヘッド部の長さの半分以下である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電子膨張弁。
