Abstract
Description
- 解体段階及び安全化段階を含む前処理工程、
- これらのセル及びアキュムレータに含まれる種々の再処理可能な材料及び金属を回収するための熱処理及び/又は湿式冶金処理
を含む。
- 湿式研削工程を実施せず、水素、酸素及び熱の管理に関する問題、したがって爆発性雰囲気の管理(安全性、廃液の処理、追加の財務費用)に関する問題を回避し、大量の水の使用及び水性廃液の処理を回避する;
- 熱処理を用いず、ガス(例えば、温室効果ガス又はヒト及び環境に有害若しくは危険なその他のガス)の発生に関する問題、特にその任意の処理に関する問題を回避し、方法の財務費用及びエネルギー費を削減する;
- イオン液体は、200℃超でありうる温度(例えば、200℃~400℃の間)で不揮発性、不燃性且つ化学的に安定性であるため、水の使用に関する制約を大幅に減らす;
- バッテリーが開いているとき、特に不活性ガスを使用することによる気体雰囲気の制御を必要とせず、方法を簡略化し、より経済的にする;
- 実行が簡単である。

を有する2種の塩の共晶混合物を形成することによって得られる、周囲温度における混合液体の場合であり、式中:
- [Cat]+は、溶媒イオン液体のカチオン(例えば、アンモニウム)であり、
- [X]-は、ハロゲン化物アニオン(例えば、Cl-)であり、
- [Y]は、溶媒イオン液体のX-アニオンによって錯化できる、ルイス酸又はブレンステッド酸であり、
- zは、分子Yの数である。

Y=MClx.yH2O(式中、例えば、M=Cr、Co、Cu、Ni、Fe)。
Y=RZ(式中、例えば、Z=CONH2、COOH、OH)。

BMIM-Cl/FeCl3.6H2O/FeCl2.4H2O媒体中の放電:
イオン液体溶液は、イオン液体BMIMCl並びにその塩FeCl3.6H2O及びFeCl2.4H2Oを含む混合物である。これらの3つの成分は、3つの化学品の等モル量である。
1M BMIM NTf2 BMIM-Cl/0.5M FeCl3.6H2O及び0.5M FeCl2.4H2O媒体中の放電:

Claims (10)
- リチウム又はナトリウムを含有する負極(20)並びに正極(30)を含む電気化学的発電機(10)を中和させる方法であって、溶媒イオン液体及び前記負極で還元されうるいわゆる酸化レドックス種を含むイオン液体溶液(100)と前記電気化学的発電機(10)とを接触させて、前記電気化学的発電機を放電させる放電工程を含む、方法。
- 前記イオン液体溶液(100)が、正極で酸化されうる第2のいわゆる還元レドックス種を含み、いわゆる酸化レドックス種及びいわゆる還元レドックス種がレドックス種の対を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レドックス種の対が、好ましくはMn2+/Mn3+、Co2+/Co3+、Cr2+/Cr3+、Cr3+/Cr6+、V2+/V3+、V4+/V5+、Sn2+/Sn4+、Ag+/Ag2+、Cu+/Cu2+、Ru4+/Ru8+若しくはFe2+/Fe3+から選択される金属の対、有機分子の対、Fc/Fc+等のメタロセンの対、又は例えばCl2/Cl-若しくはCl-/Cl3-等のハロゲン化分子の対であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記イオン液体溶液(100)が追加のイオン液体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記イオン液体溶液が、深共晶溶媒を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気化学的発電機(10)を前記イオン液体溶液(100)中に浸漬させることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気化学的発電機(10)が、0℃~100℃、好ましくは15℃~60℃の範囲の温度で放電されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気化学的発電機(10)が大気下で放電されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気化学的発電機(10)を放電させる工程に先立って、解体工程及び/又は分類工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気化学的発電機(10)を放電させる工程に後続して、保管工程並びに/又は高温冶金及び/若しくは湿式冶金工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
