Abstract
Description
本出願は、2019年5月7日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/844,168号の利益を主張するものである。上記出願の全開示は、参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
本開示のゴム組成物は、従来の2パスゴム混合技術による試験用に実験室サイズのゴム混合機で調製された。本ゴム組成物を選択して、ゴム組成物の物理化学的特性に及ぼす材料の一般的影響を評価した。これらの実験用ゴム組成物(B~D)の配合を、導電性カーボンブラックなし(対照)および導電性カーボンブラックあり(A)の両比較対照とともに、以下の表1に示す。
Claims (20)
- タイヤ部材用のゴム組成物であって、
天然ゴム、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソプレン、スチレンブタジエンゴム、ニトリルゴム、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される硫黄加硫性エラストマーと、
導電性ポリマーと、を含み、前記硫黄加硫性エラストマーおよび前記導電性ポリマーが、実質的に均一に混合され、
導電性カーボンブラックが存在しない、前記ゴム組成物。 - 前記導電性ポリマーが、カルボキシル化ニトリルゴムおよびエピクロロヒドリンエラストマーのうちの一方である、請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記導電性ポリマーが、カルボキシル化ニトリルゴムである、請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記カルボキシル化ニトリルゴムが、ブタジエン-アクリロニトリル-カルボン酸ターポリマーである、請求項3に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記カルボキシル化ニトリルゴムが、25パーセント~28.5パーセントの結合アクリロニトリル含量を有する、請求項3に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記ゴム組成物が、硬化時に、ASTM D991標準試験法の下で130Ω-cm未満の体積抵抗率を有する、請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記ゴム組成物が、硬化時に、ASTM D991標準試験法の下で110Ω-cm未満の体積抵抗率を有する、請求項6に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記硫黄加硫性エラストマーが、0phr~70phrの量で存在する、請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
