Abstract
Description
- リザーバに接続された位置では、ハウジングは、中性雰囲気、すなわちヘリウムなどの不活性ガスを主に含む雰囲気で満たされた閉鎖容積を画定し;
- リザーバに接続された位置では、ハウジングは、すなわち10-9mbar~10-1mbarの範囲の圧力の封止された閉鎖真空容積を画定し;
- ハウジング内に配置された弁の組は、オールオアナッシング型弁を含むか又はそれで構成され;
- ハウジング内に配置された弁の組は、電気制御型弁を含むか又はそれで構成され;
- リザーバの充填回路は、ハウジングの壁に出ている上流端部と、リザーバの壁、特にリザーバの下方端部に出ている下流端部とを備える液体充填管を含み、前記液体充填管は、ハウジング内に位置する少なくとも1つの弁を含み;
- リザーバから流体を流出させるための回路は、リザーバの壁、特にリザーバの下方端部に出ている第1の上流端部と、ハウジングの壁に出ている下流端部とを備える流出管を含み、前記流出管は、直列に配置された少なくとも1つの弁及び加熱用熱交換器を含み;
- リザーバから流体を流出させるための回路は、リザーバの上方端部においてリザーバの壁に出ている第2の上流端部を含み、前記第2の上流端部は、少なくとも1つの弁及び加熱用熱交換器を介して下流端部に接続され;
- リザーバ内の圧力を調整するための回路は、リザーバの壁、特にリザーバの下方端部に出ている上流端部と、リザーバの壁の別個の点、特にリザーバの上方端部に出ている下流端部とを含む加圧管を含み、前記加圧管は、直列に配置された少なくとも1つの弁及び加熱用熱交換器を含み;
- リザーバ内の圧力を調整するための回路は、リザーバ内に貯蔵された燃料と熱交換するための、リザーバ内に収納された加熱用交換器を含み、交換器は、管を介して、リザーバから流出され、且つ流出された後に加熱される高温流体、特に燃料を送給され;
- 装置は、リザーバ内の圧力を測定するためのセンサー、ハウジング内の流体の圧力を測定するためのセンサーのうちの少なくとも1つを含み、前記少なくとも1つのセンサーは、ハウジング内に位置し;
- 装置は、弁の組に接続された電子データ記憶及び処理構成部品を含み、電子データ記憶及び処理構成部品は、弁の開放及び閉鎖を制御するように構成され;
- リザーバ内の圧力は、リザーバ内に位置するヒータを介して上昇され;
- ヒータは、リザーバから流出され、且つ加熱される燃料を送給される熱交換器であって、リザーバ内の燃料と熱を交換するように設定される熱交換器であり;
- 装置は、加圧ガス、特にヘリウムを収容する封止コンテナー、コンテナーを開放するための構成部品及びコンテナーをリザーバの貯蔵容積に接続する放出管並びにリザーバから流体を放出するための少なくとも1つの弁又はフラップを備える放出管を含む迅速ドレナージシステムを含む。
- リザーバ内の圧力は、リザーバの液相から液体形態で燃料を引き出し、この引き出された液体燃料を加熱してから、リザーバに再導入することによって上昇される;
- リザーバ内の圧力は、リザーバ内に位置するヒータを介して上昇され;
- ヒータは、リザーバから流出され、且つ加熱される燃料を送給される熱交換器であって、リザーバ内の燃料と熱を交換するように設定される熱交換器である。
Claims (17)
- 流体燃料を貯蔵及び供給するための装置(1)であって、気相と平衡状態の液化燃料ガス、特に水素のリザーバ(2、3)、前記リザーバ(2、3)を充填するための回路(4)、前記リザーバから流体を流出させるための少なくとも1つの回路(6、7)、前記リザーバ(2、3)内の圧力を調整するための少なくとも1つの回路(8、9)を含み、前記充填回路(4)、流出回路(6、7)及び圧力調整回路(8、9)は、前記リザーバ(2、3)とは別個のハウジング(10)内に配置された弁(13、14、15、18、21、34)の組を含み、前記ハウジング(10)は、切り離し可能な機械的結合システム(11)を介して前記リザーバ(2、3)に取り外し可能に接続され、前記流出回路(6、7)、前記圧力調整回路(8、9)及び前記充填回路(4)は、前記リザーバ(2、3)と前記ハウジング(10)との間の接合部に位置し、且つ前記リザーバ(2、3)に対する前記ハウジング(10)の切り離し中、前記リザーバ(2、3)内及び前記ハウジング(10)内に位置する回路(4、6、7、8、9)の部分間の分離を可能にするように構成された切り離し可能な流体コネクタ(12)の組を含む、装置(1)において、前記リザーバ(2、3)に接続された位置では、前記ハウジング(10)は、ヘリウムなどの不活性ガスを主に含む雰囲気で満たされた閉鎖容積を画定することを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 前記リザーバ(2、3)に接続された前記位置では、前記ハウジング(10)によって画定された前記封止された閉鎖容積は、前記リザーバ(2、3)の内部容積とは独立していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジング(10)内に配置された前記弁(13、14、15、18、21、34)の組は、オールオアナッシング型弁を含むか又はそれで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジング(10)内に配置された前記弁(13、14、15、18、21、34)の組は、電気制御型弁を含むか又はそれで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記リザーバ(2、3)の前記充填回路は、前記ハウジング(10)の壁に出ている上流端部と、前記リザーバ(2)の壁、特に前記リザーバ(2、3)の下方端部に出ている下流端部とを備える液体充填管(4)を含み、前記液体充填管(4)は、前記ハウジング(10)内に位置する少なくとも1つの弁(34)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記リザーバから流体を流出させるための前記回路(6、7)は、前記リザーバ(2)の壁、特に前記リザーバ(2、3)の下方端部に出ている第1の上流端部(16)と、前記ハウジング(10)の壁に出ている下流端部とを備える流出管(6)を含み、前記流出管は、直列に配置された少なくとも1つの弁(13、14、15)及び加熱用熱交換器(12)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記リザーバから流体を流出させるための前記回路(6、7)は、前記リザーバ(2、3)の上方端部において前記リザーバ(2)の壁に出ている第2の上流端部(17)を含み、前記第2の上流端部(17)は、少なくとも1つの弁(18)及び前記加熱用熱交換器(12)を介して前記下流端部に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記リザーバ(2、3)内の前記圧力を調整するための前記回路は、前記リザーバ(2)の壁、特に前記リザーバ(2、3)の下方端部に出ている上流端部(19)と、前記リザーバ(2)の壁の別個の点、特に前記リザーバ(2、3)の上方端部に出ている下流端部(20)とを含む加圧管(8)を含み、前記加圧管は、直列に配置された少なくとも1つの弁(21)及び加熱用熱交換器(22)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記リザーバ(2、3)内の前記圧力を調整するための前記回路は、前記リザーバ(2、3)内に貯蔵された前記燃料と熱交換するための、前記リザーバ(2、3)内に収納された加熱用交換器(28)を含み、前記交換器(28)は、管(9)を介して、前記リザーバから流出され、且つ流出された後に加熱される高温流体、特に燃料を送給されることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記リザーバ(2、3)内の前記圧力を測定するためのセンサー(23)、前記ハウジング(10)内の前記流体の圧力を測定するためのセンサー(25)のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、前記少なくとも1つのセンサーは、前記ハウジング(10)内に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記弁(13、14、15、18、21、34)の組に接続された電子データ記憶及び処理構成部品(26)を含み、前記電子データ記憶及び処理構成部品(26)は、前記弁の開放及び閉鎖を制御するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 加圧ガス、特にヘリウムを収容する封止コンテナー(33)、前記コンテナーを開放するための構成部品(36)及び前記コンテナー(33)を前記リザーバ(2、3)の前記貯蔵容積に接続する放出管(35)並びに前記リザーバ(2、3)から前記流体を放出するための少なくとも1つの弁又はフラップを備える放出管(37)を含む迅速ドレナージシステムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の装置を含む車両。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵及び供給装置(1)から消費者(27)に燃料を提供するための方法であって、前記リザーバ(2、3)内の前記圧力が第1の決定された閾値よりも高いとき、前記燃料は、前記リザーバ(2、3)の前記気相からガス形態で流出され、及び前記リザーバ(2、3)内の前記圧力が第2の決定された閾値よりも低いとき、前記燃料は、前記リザーバ(2、3)の前記気相から液体形態で流出される、方法。
- 前記リザーバ(2、3)内の前記圧力は、前記リザーバ(2)の液相から液体形態で燃料を引き出し、前記引き出された液体燃料を加熱し、その後、それを前記リザーバ(2、3)に再導入することによって上昇される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記リザーバ(2、3)内の前記圧力は、前記リザーバ(2、3)内に位置するヒータ(28)を介して上昇される、請求項14又は15に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒータ(28)は、前記リザーバから流出され、且つ加熱される燃料を送給される熱交換器であって、前記リザーバ(2、3)内の前記燃料と熱を交換するように設定される熱交換器である、請求項16に記載の方法。
