Claims (10)
- 複数の糸の間を製織することによって織布の生地を作製するための織機(100)を備える、製織装置(400)であって、
前記複数の糸の少なくとも一部が炭素糸(210、211、213、214、215)であり、前記炭素糸(210、211、213、214、215)のそれぞれが、前記織機の上流側に存在する複数の炭素糸格納ボビン(220、221、223、224、225)上に個々に格納される、製織装置(400)において、
前記製織装置(400)は、前記複数の炭素糸格納ボビン(220、221、223、224、225)と前記織機(100)との間に存在する、複数対の第1電気接点(301、303、305、307、309、311)及び第2電気接点(302、304、306、308、310、312)を備え、前記第1電気接点及び前記第2電気接点の各対は炭素糸の経路内に存在し、各対の前記第1電気接点及び前記第2電気接点は、所与の炭素糸と電気的に接触するように意図されており、各対の前記第1電気接点及び前記第2電気接点は、さらに、開回路検出回路(230)に接続されている、製織装置(400)。 - 前記複数対の第1電気接点及び第2電気接点の内の前記第1電気接点(301、303、305、307、309、311)は、前記複数対の炭素糸格納ボビン(220;221;222;223;224;225)の近傍に存在し、前記複数対の第1電気接点及び第2電気接点の内の前記第2電気接点(302、304、306、308、310、312)は、前記織機(100)の入口の近傍に存在する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数対の第1電気接点(301、303、305、307、309、311)及び第2電気接点(302、304、306、308、310、312)のそれぞれの接点は、回転可能な導電性素子を備え、各導電性素子は、炭素糸(210;211;212;213;214;215)と接触するように意図されている、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記開回路検出回路(230)に接続された監視システム(250)と、少なくとも一対の第1電気接点及び第2電気接点の内の複数の電気接点の間の開回路の検出に応答して、前記織機(100)に停止信号又はエラー信号を発するように構成された制御装置とをさらに備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記開回路検出回路(230)は、低電圧電気回路である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の製織装置(400)における炭素糸の位置決め及び連続性を監視するための方法において、
前記方法は、
複数の糸の間を製織することによって織布の生地を作製するための織機(100)を備え、前記複数の糸の少なくとも一部が炭素糸(210;211;212;213;214;215)であり、前記炭素糸は、それぞれ、前記織機の上流側に存在する複数の炭素糸格納ボビン(220;221;222;223;224;225)の内の1つのボビンに個々に格納される、方法において、
前記方法は、1つ以上の開回路を検出することによって、前記複数の炭素糸格納ボビンと前記織機との間の各炭素糸の存在を監視する段階を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記各炭素糸の存在を監視する段階は、各炭素糸を開回路検出回路(230)に接続する段階であって、炭素糸格納ボビン(220;221;222;223;224;225)の近傍で炭素糸(210;211;212;213;214;215)上に第1電気接点を作製する段階と、前記織機(100)の入口近傍で同じ炭素糸上に第2電気接点を作製する段階とを備える、段階を備える、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第1電気接点の作製及び第2電気接点の作製は、それぞれ、第1の回転可能な導電性素子及び第2の回転可能な導電性素子によって達成される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記格納ボビン(220;221;222;223;224;225)と前記織機との間の炭素糸の不在を検出することに応答して、前記織機(100)を停止するかエラー信号を発する段階を更に備える、請求項6~8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記開回路検出回路(230)は低電圧電気回路である、請求項7~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
