Claims (13)
- 中央部において筒体をなすように延在する貫通孔を有するカバープレート本体であって、前記筒体が前記カバープレート本体の少なくとも一方の表面に突出するカバープレート本体と、
前記筒体内に位置し、前記筒体に密封接合される環状の圧力解放部であって、前記カバープレート本体の変形によりクラックを生じたり、又は前記カバープレート本体から脱落したりするように構成される圧力解放部と、
前記圧力解放部の内周に配置され、軸方向に沿って前記圧力解放部を貫通する中心導体と、
を備える、リチウムイオン電池用カバープレート組立体。 - 前記圧力解放部は無機非金属材料である、請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池用カバープレート組立体。
- 前記圧力解放部の材質はガラス又はセラミックである、請求項1又は2に記載のリチウムイオン電池用カバープレート組立体。
- 前記筒体は、前記カバープレート本体の一方の表面に突出し、前記カバープレート本体、前記圧力解放部、前記中心導体の、前記筒体と反対の側が揃っている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池用カバープレート組立体。
- 前記カバープレート本体及び前記中心導体は、それぞれリチウムイオン電池の1つの電極として機能し、
前記圧力解放部は、前記筒体の自由端の端面を覆う延在部を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池用カバープレート組立体。 - 前記カバープレート本体の外縁は、環状接合部を形成するように一方側に延在する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池用カバープレート組立体。
- 前記筒体は前記カバープレート本体に垂直である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池用カバープレート組立体。
- 前記筒体の前記カバープレート本体との連結部分を根元と定義すると、前記根元の外側には、外面取りが形成される、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池用カバープレート組立体。
- 前記筒体のカバープレート本体との連結部分を根元と定義すると、前記根元の内側には、内面取りが形成され、
前記圧力解放部は、前記内面取りに囲まれた領域内に充填される、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池用カバープレート組立体。 - 前記中心導体は、前記圧力解放部の少なくとも一方の端面に突出する、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池用カバープレート組立体。
- 前記カバープレートの外面には、前記圧力解放部の上端面を覆う絶縁層が配置され、前記中心導体の上端面は露出する、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池用カバープレート組立体。
- エネルギー変換素子と、
筒状部を含み、前記エネルギー変換素子が前記筒状部に囲まれたキャビティ内に位置する筐体と、
前記カバープレート本体が前記筒状部の一方の端をカバーし、前記カバープレート本体及び前記中心導体がそれぞれ前記エネルギー変換素子の2つの電極に接続される、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のカバープレート組立体と、
を備える、リチウムイオン電池。 - 前記カバープレート組立体の筒体は、前記キャビティ内に突出し、前記エネルギー変換素子では、前記筒体と前記圧力解放部とに対応する部分に凹構造が形成される、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
