Abstract
Description
道路車両に適用されるばね束は、最新技術で知られており、それぞれが、互いに重ね合わされて取り付けられた、等しい長さまたは別個の長さを有するばねブレードのアセンブリを備え、それらに加えられる荷重に反応することによって、互いに屈曲する。
先に述べ、添付図面に図示したように、本騒音防止要素EARは、ばね束FMの各2つのばねブレードLMの端部の間に配置され、ばね束FMは、通常、車両および道路用具のサスペンションに適用され、ばねブレードLMのアセンブリによって形成される。図示の構成では、ばね束FMを形成するために同じ長さのばねブレードLMを使用することが可能であるが、ばねブレードLMは異なる長さを有する。ばねブレードLMは、当技術分野で公知の整列機能の保持要素ERを備えるかまたは備えないで、互いに重ね合わされて取り付けられる。
Claims (7)
- 互いに重ね合わされて取り付けられたばねブレード(LM)のアセンブリによって形成され、それぞれの隣接する2つのばねブレード(LM)の端部部分がそれぞれの騒音防止要素(EAR)によって分離されたタイプのばね束のための騒音防止要素であって、金属板(10)を備え、その幅は、ばね束(FM)の全幅に合致され、2つの隣接するばねブレード(LM)の端部の重ね合わされた部分の間の直接的な接触を防止する長さを有し、前記金属板(10)は、熱可塑性ポリアミド-11樹脂中のコーティング(20)によって覆われ、騒音防止要素(EAR)が着座して保持されるばねブレード(LM)の端部に設けられた対応する穴(F)に嵌め込まれて保持される中央突起(12)を組み込むことを特徴とする、騒音防止要素。
- コーティング(20)は、0.01mm~2.00mmの厚さを有するポリアミド-11樹脂層によって画定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の騒音防止要素。
- 金属板(10)は、ばねブレード(LM)の厚さよりも薄い厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の騒音防止要素。
- 金属板(10)の中央突起(12)は、後者の中の中央引込部(11)によって画定されることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の騒音防止要素。
- 中央引込部(11)により形成された中央突起(12)は、互いに離間してばね束(FM)の長手方向に配置された一対の平行なリブ(12a)により画定され、、それぞれのばねブレード(LM)の端部の穴(F)に嵌入されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の騒音防止要素。
- 金属板(10)は、ばね束(FM)において、ばねブレード(LM)の隣接する側縁部に直接隣接して、上方または下方に着座するサイドフラップ(15)を各長手方向縁部に組み込んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の騒音防止要素。
- 中央突起(12)および最終的な上側フラップ(15)を含む金属板(10)全体が、ポリアミド-11中のコーティング(20)で覆われていることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の騒音防止要素。
