Abstract
Description
(a)合計10~98重量%のZrO2+HfO2および、
(b)合計2~90重量%のAl2O3、CeO2、La2O3、Nd2O3、Pr6O11、Y2O3または遷移金属酸化物、
を備え、
ここで、分散液は100~350nmのZ平均粒子サイズを有し、粒子は1~9nmの結晶子サイズを有する。粒子含有量は、10~70重量%の固形分を備える分散液とも呼ばれ得る。
(a)合計10~98重量%のZrO2+HfO2、
(b)2~90重量%のCeO2、
(c)合計0~30重量%のLa2O3、Nd2O3、Pr6O11、Y2O3または遷移金属酸化物、および
(d)0~88重量%のAl2O3、
を備え得る。
(a)上記で定義した分散液を基材に塗布するステップ、
を含む基材をコーティングする方法に関する。

Claims (18)
- 粒子の水性分散液であって、前記分散液は10~70重量%の粒子含有量を有し、および前記粒子は、酸化物基準で、
(a)合計10~98重量%のZrO2+HfO2および
(b)合計2~90重量%のAl2O3、CeO2、La2O3、Nd2O3、Pr6O11、Y2O3または遷移金属酸化物、
を備え、
ここで、前記分散液は100~350nmのZ平均粒子サイズを有し、前記粒子は1~9nmの結晶子サイズを有する、
粒子の水性分散液。 - 前記粒子は、酸化物基準で、
(a)合計10~98重量%のZrO2+HfO2、
(b)2~90重量%のCeO2、
(c)合計0~30重量%のLa2O3、Nd2O3、Pr6O11、Y2O3または遷移金属酸化物および
(d)0~88重量%のAl2O3、
を備える、請求項1に記載の粒子の水性分散液。 - 前記粒子は、酸化物基準で、合計25~80重量%のZrO2およびHfO2を備える、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の粒子の水性分散液。
- ジルコニア-セリア粒子は、酸化物基準で、10~80重量%のCeO2を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の粒子の水性分散液。
- 前記ジルコニア-セリア粒子は、酸化物基準で、合計0~25重量%のLa2O3、Nd2O3、Pr6O11、Y2O3および遷移金属酸化物を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の粒子の水性分散液。
- 前記分散液は、10~45重量%の粒子含有量を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の粒子の水性分散液。
- 前記分散液は、酸化物基準で、少なくとも50重量%のAl2O3を備える粒子をさらに備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の粒子の水性分散液。
- 前記分散液は、0.15~0.35の多分散指数を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の粒子の水性分散液。
- 前記分散液は、100~300nmのZ平均粒子サイズを有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の粒子の水性分散液。
- 前記粒子は、5~15重量%の強熱減量を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の粒子の水性分散液。
- 前記分散液は、3~9のpHを有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の粒子の水性分散液。
- 前記分散液は、1~1000cPsの動粘度を有する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の粒子の水性分散液。
- 前記粒子は、2~8nmの結晶子サイズを有する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の粒子の水性分散液。
- 前記分散液は、150ppm未満のClを備える、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の粒子の水性分散液。
- 前記粒子は、1000℃で4時間のか焼後、少なくとも50%のCeO2の還元効率を有する、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の粒子の水性分散液。
- 前記粒子は、1000℃で4時間のか焼後、少なくとも400μmolO2/gCeO2のOSCを有する、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の粒子の水性分散液。
- 請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の粒子の水性分散液でコーティングされた基材。
- 前記基材は、0.065ml/g以下の2~0.1μmの範囲の細孔容積を有するフィルターである、請求項21に記載の粒子の水性分散液でコーティングされた基材。
