本開示は、一般的な電池技術に関するものであり、より詳細には、電池セルの改良された構造方法に関するものである。

Claims (20)
- パウチセルにおいて、
パウチを形成する銅箔と、
前記パウチ内の前記銅箔に隣接して、前記銅箔でアノードを形成する活性材料層と、
前記パウチ内のリチウム系カソードと、
絵前記1つの活性材料層と前記リチウム系カソードとの間に介在するセパレータと、
電解液とを備えたことを特徴とする、パウチセル。 - 活性材料が、酸性化した金属酸化物からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパウチセル。
- 前記活性材料が、前記パウチセル内の少なくとも1つの層に約6.49mg/cm2の密度で適用されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のパウチセル。
- 前記セパレータが、前記リチウム系カソードを含むパウチで構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のパウチセル。
- 前記セパレータが、ポリプロピレンで構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載のパウチセル。
- 前記パウチが、前記銅箔の単位セグメントを折り曲げることにより構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のパウチセル。
- 前記銅箔の単位セグメントが前記パウチの底面を形成する折り曲げ縁を有し、前記底面の前記折り曲げ縁に隣接する前記パウチの対抗面同士が封止されていることを特徴とすることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のパウチセル。
- 請求項7に記載のパウチセルは、前記リチウム系カソードに電気的に接続されると共に、前記パウチセルの外部からアクセス可能な第1端子タブをさらに備えていることを特徴とするパウチセル。
- 前記銅箔パウチに電気的に接続される第2端子タブをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項8のパウチセル。
- 前記リチウム系カソードがリチウム箔であることを特徴とする、請求項9記載のパウチセル。
- 前記リチウム系カソードが金属リチウムで構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10記載のパウチセル。
- さらに、前記銅箔パウチの外側に取付られた絶縁層を備えることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のパウチセル。
- 前記絶縁層がポリイソブチレンからなることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のパウチセル。
- 電池セルを形成する方法であって、
銅箔パウチを用意する工程と、
前記銅箔パウチの内部を活性材料で覆ってアノードパウチと形成する工程と、
セパレータで囲まれたリチウム系箔カソードを前記パウチ内に設ける工程と、
前記パウチ内に電解液を供給する工程と、
前記パウチを封止する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - さらに、前記パウチ内のカソードに端子としての第1の電気タブを取り付ける工程と、前記第1の電気タブを前記パウチの外側に配線する工程とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- さらに、第2の電気タブを前記銅箔パウチに取り付ける工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記銅箔パウチの外側を絶縁材料でコーティングする工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 電池セルであって、
開口部および折り曲げ部と対向する封止部を持つ銅箔パウチと、
前記銅箔のパウチを覆う活性材料と、
前記銅箔パウチ内のセパレータの中のリチウム箔のセグメントと、
前記リチウム箔に取り付けられると共に、前記銅箔パウチの外側からアクセス可能な第1の端子と、
を備え、
前記銅箔パウチの中には電解液が入っており、
前記銅箔パウチが、開口端で封止されると共に、前記銅箔パウチ中に前記リチウム箔、セパレータおよび電解液を封止し、前記銅箔パウチと第1端子との間に作動電圧を供給することを特徴とする、電池セル。 - 前記銅箔は、その上に取り付けられた第2の端子を有し、前記第1の端子と前記第2の端子との間に作動電圧を供給することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の電池セル。
- さらに、前記銅箔パウチの外側に塗布された電気絶縁性のポリマーコーティングを含むことを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の電池セル。
