Claims (15)

を備えるストラットアセンブリ。 - ストラットベアリングを形成する方法であって、
上部部品及び底部部品を備えるハウジングを形成するステップと、
少なくとも1つの低摩擦構成要素を、前記ハウジングの前記上部部品又は前記底部部品の少なくとも1つに接合するステップであって、前記少なくとも1つの低摩擦構成要素は、低摩擦材料を含む低摩擦層を備える、ステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの低摩擦構成要素は、前記ハウジングの前記上部部品又は前記底部部品とオーバーモールドされている、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のストラットベアリング、ストラットアセンブリ、又は方法。
- 前記低摩擦構成要素の層の少なくとも1つは、前記低摩擦層が、前記少なくとも1つの低摩擦構成要素が接合されている前記ハウジングの前記上部部品又は前記底部部品の一方に対して反対側の他方の対向面に接触するように露出されている、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載のストラットベアリング、ストラットアセンブリ、又は方法。
- 複数の低摩擦構成要素の層は、前記複数の低摩擦層が、前記少なくとも1つの低摩擦構成要素が接合されている前記ハウジングの前記上部部品又は前記底部部品の一方に対して反対側の他方の対向面に接触するように露出されている、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載のストラットベアリング、ストラットアセンブリ、又は方法。
- 前記ハウジングの前記上部部品及び前記底部部品は、互いに対して回転するように適合され、前記回転は、前記対向面に沿って環状トラックを画定し、前記低摩擦層は、前記対向面に沿って摺動する、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載のストラットベアリング、ストラットアセンブリ、又は方法。
- 前記低摩擦層は、前記環状トラックの表面積の80%未満に接触する、請求項7に記載のストラットベアリング、ストラットアセンブリ、又は方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの低摩擦構成要素は基板を更に備え、前記低摩擦層は前記基板の上に位置する、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載のストラットベアリング、ストラットアセンブリ、又は方法。
- 前記基板は複数の基板セグメントを備え、各基板セグメントは対応する低摩擦層を支持する、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載のストラットベアリング、ストラットアセンブリ、又は方法。
- 前記低摩擦材料は、ポリケトン、ポリアラミド、熱可塑性ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリスルホン、ポリフェニレンスルホン、ポリアミドイミド、超高分子量ポリエチレン、熱可塑性フルオロポリマー、ポリアミド、ポリベンズイミダゾール、又はそれらの任意の組み合わせの少なくとも1つを含むポリマーを含む、請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載のストラットベアリング、ストラットアセンブリ、又は方法。
