Abstract
Description
a)脂質材料を提供することと、
b)前加熱された脂質材料を得るために、脂質材料を前加熱することと、
c)加熱処理された脂質材料を得るために、加熱処理工程において、前処理された脂質材料を加熱処理することと、
d)任意には、後処理工程において、加熱処理された脂質材料を後処理すること
とを含む方法を可能にすることである。
x)上記で特定される方法を用いて、リンおよび/または金属化合物を含む脂質材料を処置することと、
y)工程x)からの脂質材料を、オイル精製変換プロセスに付すこと
とを含む方法を提供することである。
上述されるように、本発明は、リンおよび/または金属化合物を含む脂質材料を処理するための方法に関する。例えば蒸気分解、および、再生可能なディーゼル燃料などの再生可能な燃料の製造のためのプロセスにおいて使用される脂質材料中のリンおよび/または金属化合物の含有量は、大きな問題である。リンおよび/または金属化合物は、最終生成物の品質にとって有害である。リン化合物は、再生可能なフィードを交通燃料および化学品へと変換するために使用される触媒を不活性化し得る。さらに、リンおよび/または金属化合物は、例えば熱交換機などの器具に汚損を引き起こす。したがって、機器は洗浄を必要とし、これは維持コストおよび中断された製造に関するコストを生じさせる。さらに、廃棄蒸気の量が、洗浄の必要性に起因して増加される。
汚損実験が、研究室スケールの汚損試験機器、Falex Thermal Fouling Testerで行われた。汚損試験機器において、試験材料は、フィードリザーバーから、その内部に電気的に加熱されたロッドが備えられているパイプへとポンプによって吸い上げ(1mL/min)られた(500グラムの試験材料、90℃、15bar窒素圧力)。試験材料がパイプを通過したら、それはフィードリザーバーへと戻された。試験時間は18時間(フィードリザーバーの全ての内容量は8時間20分で機器を通過した)。
Claims (24)
- リンおよび/または金属化合物を含む脂質材料を処理する方法であって、
a)脂質材料を提供する工程と、
b)前加熱された脂質材料を得るために、前記脂質材料を前加熱する工程と、
c)加熱処理された脂質材料を得るために、加熱処理工程において、前記前処理された脂質材料を加熱処理する工程と、
d)任意には、後処理工程において、前記加熱処理された脂質材料を後処理する工程
とを含み、
前記前加熱工程b)が、約90℃~約160℃の温度で行われ、
前記加熱処理工程c)が、約220℃~約280℃の温度、好ましくは約220℃~約280℃、より好ましくは約260℃~280℃の温度で行われ、および
前記加熱処理工程c)が、約0bar(g)~約20bar(g)、好ましくは約1bar(g)~約10bar(g)、より好ましくは約1bar(g)~約3bar(g)の圧力で行われる工程。 - 前記加熱処理工程c)が、約5~約300分、好ましくは約10~約180分、さらにより好ましくは約15~約90分、さらにより好ましくは約30~約60分の時間のあいだ行われる請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記加熱処理のあいだの前記脂質材料の水分含有量が、約200~約2500mg/kg、好ましくは約200~約1500mg/kg、より好ましくは約200mg/kg~1000mg/kgである請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記脂質材料が、再生可能な脂質材料である請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記脂質材料が、植物ベース、微生物ベース、または動物ベースの脂質材料、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせである請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記前加熱工程b)が、空気除去工程をさらに含む請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記リン化合物が、ホスファチジルエタノールアミン、ホスファチジルコリン、ホスファチジルイノシトールおよびホスファチジン酸を含む群より選択されるリン脂質である請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記後処理工程d)が、脂質材料への水分の添加を含む請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱処理工程c)が、少なくとも1つのリアクター内で行われる請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのリアクターが、管型反応器および/または撹拌槽反応器から選択される請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱処理工程c)に付された前記脂質材料の一部が抜き出され、約300℃~約350℃の温度に加熱され、および、前記脂質材料が前記加熱処理工程c)に付される前記工程c)へと再導入される請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記後処理工程d)が、冷却、沈降、ろ過、遠心分離、および/または、漂白を含む請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記後処理工程d)が、漂白である請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程a)において提供される前記脂質材料が、約30~約200mg/kgのリン、好ましくは約30~約1000mg/kgのリン、より好ましくは約50mg/kg~600mg/kgのリンを含む請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 水素化処理された脂質材料を得るために、水素化処理触媒の存在下での前記加熱処理された脂質材料の水素化処理をさらに含む請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化処理が、水素化脱酸素化(HDO)、水素化脱流(HDS)、水素化脱メタル(HDM)、水素化脱窒素(HDN)、および/または水素脱芳香族化(HDA)から選択され得る請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記加熱処理工程c)の後に、第2の加熱処理をさらに含む請求項1~16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素を製造するための方法であって、
x)請求項1~20のいずれか1項に記載の方法を用いて、リンおよび/または金属化合物を含む脂質材料を処置する工程と、
y)前記工程x)からの脂質材料を、オイル精製変換プロセスに付す工程
とを含む方法。 - 前記オイル精製変換プロセスが、少なくとも1つの炭化水素を得るために、前記脂質材料の分子量を変えること、前記脂質材料からのヘテロ原子の除去、前記脂質材料の飽和度を変えること、前記脂質材料の分子構造を再編成すること、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせを含む請求項18記載の方法。
- 前記工程y)が、水素化分解を含む請求項18または19記載の方法。
- 前記工程y)が、水蒸気分解を含む請求項18または19記載の方法。
- 前記工程y)が、異性化を含む請求項18または19記載の方法。
- 前記工程y)が、熱触媒分解を含む請求項18または19記載の方法。
- 前記工程y)が、流動床式接触分解を含む請求項18または19記載の方法。
