Abstract
Description
本発明の適用例は、特に、バイオテクノロジ、生体臨床医学(生物医学)および医療工学、特に診断および/または再生医療、におけるものである。
これらの目的は、それぞれ、独立請求項の特徴を有する試料保持装置およびそれを使用するための方法によって達成される。本発明の有利な実施形態および適用例は従属請求項から明らかになる。
Claims (14)
- 生体試料(1)を保持するよう適合化された試料保持装置(100、101、102、103、104)であって、
- 試料レセプタクル(12)の境界を定めるように配置された少なくとも1つの壁部(11)を有する基体(10)を含み、
- 前記少なくとも1つの壁部(11)は、少なくとも前記試料レセプタクル(12)に面する表面上に、前記試料レセプタクル(12)内の液体に対して不浸透性である平面状の炭素系材料を含み、
特徴として、
- 前記炭素系材料は、前記炭素系材料が不透明でありかつ導電性であるような高い炭素含有量を有するものである、
試料保持装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの壁部(11)は前記炭素系材料からなるものである、請求項1に記載の試料保持装置。
- - 前記炭素系材料製の前記少なくとも1つの壁部(11)は150μm乃至1mmの範囲の厚さを有するものである、請求項2に記載の試料保持装置。
- 前記基体(10)全体が前記炭素系材料からなるものである、請求項2または3に記載の試料保持装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの壁部(11)は、前記試料レセプタクル(12)に面する前記表面上に、前記炭素系材料からなる被覆(13)を有するものである、請求項1に記載の試料保持装置。
- 前記炭素系材料製の前記被覆(13)は2nm乃至500μnの範囲の厚さを有するものである、請求項5に記載の試料保持装置。
- 前記炭素系材料は、前記試料レセプタクル(12)に面する前記表面上に、生体試料と前記炭素系材料との力学的相互作用を促進する表面構造(20)を有するものである、前記請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の試料保持装置。
- 前記表面構造(20)は、前記炭素系材料の所定の粗さおよび/または前記炭素系材料の複数の突起部(21)を含むものである、請求項7に記載の試料保持装置。
- - 前記表面構造(20)は前記炭素系材料の前記複数の突起部(21)を含み、
- 前記複数の突起部(21)は、生体細胞(2)の接触面の領域に幾つかの突起部(21)が形成されるように、寸法が決められて配置されているものである、
