Claims (14)
- 装置であって、

樹脂循環システムと、を有し、

前記樹脂循環システムは、第1のポンプを含み、第1のポンプは、樹脂を前記タンクの出口ポートを通して前記タンクから抜出して、樹脂を分岐箇所に向かって流すように構成され、分岐箇所は、第1のポンプと、第1のバルブと、第2のバルブに流体的に接続され、第1のバルブは、第1の分岐箇所から第1のリザーバの入口への樹脂の流れを調節し、第2のバルブは、第1の分岐箇所から第1の合流箇所への樹脂の流れを調節し、
前記樹脂循環システムは、更に、第3のバルブと、第4のバルブを含み、第3のバルブは、第1のリザーバの出口から第2の合流箇所への樹脂の流れを調節し、第4のバルブは、第1の合流箇所から第2の合流箇所への樹脂の流れを調節し、
前記樹脂循環システムは、更に、第2のリザーバを含み、第2のリザーバは、フレッシュな樹脂及び添加剤の少なくとも一方を含む流体を第1の合流箇所に供給するように構成され、
前記樹脂循環システムは、更に、第2のポンプを含み、第2のポンプは、樹脂、前記流体、又は樹脂と前記流体の組合せを第2の合流箇所から抜出して、可能なときは、前記タンクの入口ポートを介して前記タンクに流すように構成される、装置。 - 更に、膜組立体を含み、前記膜組立体は、放射線透過性で可撓性の膜と、前記放射線透過性で可撓性の膜の周囲に固定されたフレームを含み、前記フレームは、前記放射線透過性で可撓性の膜を第1の平面に沿って伸ばすように構成され、前記フレームは、前記第1の平面に対して垂直に延びるリップを含み、前記リップは、前記タンクの側壁の底リムに固着されるように構成され、前記膜組立体は、それが前記側壁に固着されたとき、前記タンクの底部を構成する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記膜組立体は、更に、前記放射線透過性で可撓性の膜に結合された張力調整機構を含み、前記張力調整機構は、前記放射線透過性で可撓性の膜の張力を調整するように構成される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記膜組立体は、更に、前記射線透過性で可撓性の膜の表面に固定された張力センサを含み、前記張力センサは、前記放射線透過性で可撓性の膜の張力を測定するように構成される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記張力センサは、前記放射線透過性で可撓性の膜の表面に固定された歪ゲージを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。

前記第2のフレームは、前記第3のフレームに固着され、前記放射線透過性で可撓性の膜の一部分を前記第1の平面から遠ざけて前記第1の平面と平行な第2の平面に変位させるように構成され、前記第1の平面は、前記第2のフレームによる前記放射線透過性で可撓性の膜の一部分の変位がないときに前記放射線透過性で可撓性の膜が位置する領域を構成する、請求項8に記載の装置。 - 更に、前記第3のフレーム及び前記液晶ディスプレイ(LCD)の少なくとも一方を支持するように構成されたベース部分と、
前記第1のフレームと前記ベース部分の間に配置された高さ調整機構と、を含み、前記高さ調整機構は、前記ベース部分に対する前記第1のフレームの垂直方向位置を調整するように構成され、それにより、前記第1の平面に対する前記放射線透過性で可撓性の膜の一部分の変位を調整する、請求項9に記載の装置。 - 更に、前記第1のフレームを支持するように構成されたベース部分と、
前記ベース部分と前記第3のフレーム及び前記液晶ディスプレイ(LCD)の少なくとも一方との間に配置された高さ調整機構と、を含み、前記高さ調整機構は、前記ベース部分に対する前記液晶ディスプレイ(LCD)の垂直方向位置を調整するように構成され、それにより、前記第1の平面に対する前記放射線透過性で可撓性の膜の一部分の変位を調整する、請求項9に記載の装置。 - 更に、第1のフレームを含むフレーム組立体と、第2のフレームと液晶ディスプレイ(LCD)を含む液晶ディスプレイ(LCD)組立体を含み、
前記第1のフレームは、ガラスプレート及び/又は放射線透過性で可撓性の膜を支持し、前記第1のフレームの表面の周りに分散配置された第1の複数の通し孔及び第1の複数の磁化された部分を含み、
前記第2のフレームは、前記液晶ディスプレイ(LCD)を保持するように構成され、前記第2のフレームの表面の周りに分散配置された第2の複数の通し孔及び第2の複数の磁化された部分を含み、
(i)前記第1の複数の通し孔が前記第1のフレームの表面の周りに分散配置されているパターンは、前記第2の複数の通し孔が前記第2のフレームの表面の周りに分散配置されているパターンの鏡像であり、(ii)前記第1の複数の磁化された部分が前記第1のフレームの表面の周りに分散配置されているパターンは、前記第2の複数の磁化された部分が前記第2のフレームの表面の周りに分散配置されているパターンの鏡像であり、(iii)前記第1の複数の磁化された部分の各々は、それに対応する前記第2の複数の磁化された部分の1つに引付けられ、その結果、前記第1のフレームが前記第2のフレームに近接して配置されたとき、(I)前記第1のフレームの表面は、前記第2のフレームの表面に自動的に接触し、(II)前記第1の複数の通し孔の各々は、それに対応する前記第2の複数の通し孔の1つと自動的に整列する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 更に、前記第1のフレームの表面と前記第2のフレームの表面との間の境界領域内に又はその近くに配置されたガスケットを含む、請求項12に記載の装置。

前記装置は、樹脂を収容するように構成されたタンクと、樹脂循環システムを含み、前記タンクは、入口ポートと、出口ポートを含み、前記樹脂循環システムは、(i)樹脂を前記タンクの出口ポートを介して前記タンクから抜出して、樹脂を分岐箇所に向かって流すように構成された第1のポンプと、(ii)前記第1のポンプ、第1のバルブ、及び第2のバルブと流体的に接続された分岐箇所と、(iii)第1の分岐箇所から第1のリザーバの入口への樹脂の流れを調節する第1のバルブと、(iv)前記第1の分岐箇所から第1の合流箇所への樹脂の流れを調節する第2のバルブと、(v)前記第1のリザーバの出口から第2の合流箇所への樹脂の流れを調節する第3のバルブと、(vi)前記第1の合流箇所から前記第2の合流箇所への樹脂の流れを調節する第4のバルブと、(vii)フレッシュな樹脂及び添加剤の少なくとも一方を含む流体を前記第1の合流箇所に供給するように構成された第2のリザーバと、(viii)樹脂、前記流体、又は樹脂と前記流体の組合せを前記第2の合流箇所から抜出して、前記タンクの入口ポートに向かって流すように構成された第2のポンプを含み、
第1の期間中、前記第1のバルブ及び前記第3のバルブを開き、前記第2のバルブ及び前記第4のバルブを閉じ、それにより、樹脂を前記タンクから前記第1のリザーバを通るように流して、前記タンクに戻し、
