ポリオールA: ステパンポール(STEPANPOL)(登録商標)PS-3152二官能ポリエステルポリオール(分子量:約356、サプライヤー:米国Stepan Company);
ポリオールB: ダルトラック(DALTOLAC)(登録商標)R200ポリエーテルポリオール(分子量:約679、サプライヤー:米国ハンツマン社);
ポリエーテルアミン: ジェファーミン(JEFFAMINE)(登録商標)T-403三官能第一アミン(分子量:約440、サプライヤー:米国ハンツマン社);
TPU: イログラン(IROGRAN)(登録商標)A85P4394 TPU材料(サプライヤー:米国ハンツマン社);
気泡安定剤: テゴスタブ(TEGOSTAB)(登録商標)B8462ポリマー添加剤(シリコーン界面活性剤、サプライヤー:エボニック社);
触媒A: ビス(N,N-ジメチルアミノエチル)エーテル;
触媒B: 48.2重量%の酢酸カリウム、48.2重量%のエチレングリコール、および3.6重量%のH2Oの混合物;
ベンゾオキサジン: CB3100(ビスフェノールAベースのベンゾオキサジン、サプライヤー:Chengdu Coryes Polymer Science & Technology Company);
溶剤: トリエチルホスフェート
実験例1~13
実験例1~11は、多官能イソシアネートをA成分として使用して得られた。実験例1~11に対するB成分を表1に示す。表1に記載の値は全て、B成分の重量部を表す。表1に示すように、実験例9~11は、ベンゾオキサジンを含有しない比較例である。
実験例1~4と実験例9では、A成分とB成分は、A:B=3:1の重量割合および2.6のインデックスにて混合した。実験例5では、A成分とB成分は、A:B=2:1の重量割合および1.7のインデックスにて混合した。実験例6では、A成分とB成分は、A:B=4:1の重量割合および3.5のインデックスにて混合した。実験例7と実験例10では、A成分とB成分は、A:B=3.3:1の重量割合および2.7のインデックスにて混合した。実験例8と実験例11では、A成分とB成分は、A:B=1:1の重量割合および1.3のインデックスにて混合した。各実験例の混合物をポリエチレン容器中にて撹拌してポリウレア/ポリウレタンフォームを作製した。生成したフォーム組成物を、速やかにポリエチレン袋中に注ぎ込んだ。発泡反応が進行し、フォームがフリーライズした。試験に付す前に、フォームを室温で少なくとも24時間キュアーした。各配合処方に対し、試験用に約1kgのフォームを手混合法で作成した。
Claims (11)
- (a)多官能イソシアネート;
(b)(b1)多官能ポリオールと触媒組成物、および/または、(b2)多官能アミン、を含むイソシアネート反応性組成物;ならびに
(c)樹脂組成物中に溶解したベンゾオキサジン成分;
を含んでなる樹脂組成物であって、多官能ポリオールの分子量が約100~約800の範囲、好ましくは約200~約700の範囲であり、成分(b)と(c)の合計量に対するベンゾオキサジン成分(c)の重量%が約25~約60の範囲、好ましくは約30~約50の範囲である、上記樹脂組成物。 - 樹脂組成物が、約0.7~約5の範囲の、好ましくは約約1~約5の範囲の、そしてさらに好ましくは約1.2~約4の範囲のNCOインデックスを有する、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 多官能イソシアネートが、ポリメリックMDI、MDI異性体混合物、またはこれらの混合物である、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- ベンゾオキサジン成分がビスフェノールAタイプのベンゾオキサジンである、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 触媒組成物がアミン触媒および/または三量化触媒を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 多官能アミン(b2)がポリエーテルアミンである、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 樹脂組成物が少なくとも1つの溶剤をさらに含む、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 樹脂組成物が少なくとも1つの界面活性剤をさらに含む、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物を製造する方法であって、
多官能イソシアネートにベンゾオキサジン成分とイソシアネート反応性組成物を加えることを含む、上記方法。 - 熱可塑性ポリウレタンにベンゾオキサジン成分を加えることを含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物を使用して硬質フォーム製品を製造する方法。
