Abstract
Description
本発明の(合成後に処理された又は製造されたままの)アルミノシリケート/ボロシリケートRhoゼオライトは、例えば、二酸化炭素と、1つ以上のアルカン(例えば、メタン、エタン、プロパン及び/又はブタン)とを含む混合物及び/又は二酸化炭素と、酸素、窒素、H2S、SOx及び/又はNOxとを含む混合物からの二酸化炭素の分離において吸収剤として使用することができる。この分離プロセスは、混合物の他の成分以上の二酸化炭素に対する、アルミノシリケート/ボロシリケートRhoゼオライトの平衡選択性、アルミノシリケート/ボロシリケートRhoゼオライトの動力学的選択性又はアルミノシリケート/ボロシリケートRhoゼオライトの平衡選択性及び動力学的選択性の両方を利用することができる。特に、約8~約30の、原子Bに対する原子Siのモル比を有するアルミノシリケート/ボロシリケートRhoゼオライトは、典型的には、約0.8mmol/g~約2.0mmol/gの、約1気圧(約100kPa)におけるCO2に対する吸収容量を有することができる。代わりに又は加えて、アルミノシリケート/ボロシリケートRhoゼオライトは、存在する商業的/工業的な重要性の多くを含む1つ以上の有機化合物変換プロセスを促進する触媒として使用することができる。
本発明の第1の例示的な実施形態は、8以上の、Bに対するSiの比率又はAlに対するSiの比率を有する、RHOトポロジーを有するRhoゼオライトを含む組成物である。本例示的な実施形態は、Rhoゼオライトが約800m2/g~約1250m2/gのBET表面積を有する要素1;Rhoゼオライトが約0.25cm3/g~約0.50cm3/gの微小孔体積を有する要素2;Rhoゼオライトが約0.1ミクロン~約25ミクロンの平均直径を有する要素3;ボロシリケートRhoゼオライトの合成されたままの形態において、X線回折パターンが表1のd(Å)及び相対強度を含む要素4;ボロシリケートRhoゼオライトの焼成又は酸処理された形態において、X線回折パターンが表2のd-間隔d(Å)及び相対強度を含む要素5;アルミノシリケートRhoゼオライトの合成されたままの形態において、X線回折パターンが表3のd-間隔d(Å)及び相対強度を含む要素6;並びにアルミノシリケートRhoゼオライトの焼成又は酸処理された形態において、X線回折パターンが表4のd(Å)及び相対強度を含む要素7の1つ以上を含むことができる。実施例の組合せとしては、限定されないが、2つ以上の要素1~3;1つ以上の要素1~3と組み合わせた1つの要素4~7;任意選択的に1つ以上の要素1~3とさらに組み合わせた要素4及び5の組合せ;並びに任意選択的に1つ以上の要素1~3とさらに組み合わせた要素6及び7の組合せが含まれる。
Claims (27)
- 8以上の、Bに対するSiの比率又はAlに対するSiの比率を有する、RHOトポロジーを有するRhoゼオライトを含む組成物。
- 前記Rhoゼオライトは、約800m2/g~約1250m2/gのBET表面積を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記Rhoゼオライトは、約0.25cm3/g~約0.50cm3/gの微小孔体積を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記Rhoゼオライトは、約0.1ミクロン~約25ミクロンの平均直径を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 二酸化炭素並びにアルカン、酸素、窒素、H2S、SOx及びNOxの1つ以上を含む混合物からの二酸化炭素の分離のためのプロセスであって、前記混合物を、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物と接触させることを含むプロセス。
- 二酸化炭素及びメタンを含む混合物からの二酸化炭素の分離のためのプロセスであって、前記混合物を、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物と接触させる、プロセス。
- NOxを含む気体流と、
金属で含浸されている、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物と
を接触させることを含む、プロセス。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を触媒として使用して、メタノール及び/又はジメチルエーテル並びにアンモニアからメチルアミンを合成することを含むプロセス。
- 前記水性反応混合物は、約1~約15の、前記構造指向剤に対する原子Siのモル比を有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記水性反応混合物は、約2~約50の、原子Siに対する水のモル比を有する、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 前記水性反応混合物中のSi供給源は、シリカのコロイド状懸濁液、沈殿シリカアルカリ金属シリケート、テトラアルキルオルトシリケート、異なる高シリカゼオライト(脱アルミニウム化ゼオライトy\Y又は別のボロシリケートゼオライト(ホウ素ベータゼオライトは、ホウ素及びシリカ供給源の両方であり得る)及びそれらの任意の組合せからなる群より選択される、請求項13~15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記水性反応混合物中のB供給源は、ホウ酸、水溶性ホウ酸塩及びその任意の組合せからなる群より選択される、請求項13~16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記水性反応混合物中のAl供給源は、硝酸アルミニウム、硫酸アルミニウム、アルミン酸ナトリウム、酸化アルミニウム、アルミナゾル、アルミナ三水和物及びそれらの任意の組合せからなる群より選択される、請求項13~16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記温度は、約75℃~約200℃である、請求項13~18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 加熱は、2時間~20日間にわたって行われる、請求項13~19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記水性反応混合物は、Rhoゼオライト種をさらに含む、請求項13~20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 500℃~800℃において前記Rhoゼオライトを焼成して、焼成されたRhoゼオライトを製造することをさらに含む、請求項13~23のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記Rhoゼオライトを酸に暴露することをさらに含む、請求項9~19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
