Description
本発明は、EMM-22と称する新規な分子篩材料、その合成、その吸着剤としての使用、および炭化水素転化用触媒に関するものである。
一局面において、本開示はEMM-22と称される、焼成したままの形状において、以下の表1に記載のピークを含むX-線回折パターンを有する分子篩材料を提供する:
X2O3:(n)YO2
式中、nは少なくとも約20であり、Xは三価の元素、例えばB、Al、FeおよびGaの一種またはそれ以上、特にAlであり、Yは四価の元素、例えばSi、Ge、Sn、TiおよびZrの一種またはそれ以上、特にSiである。
本開示は、また合成したままの状態において、以下の表2に示すピークを含むX-線回折パターンを有する分子篩材料を提供する:
mQ:X2O3:(n)YO2
式中、0<m≦0.2であり、nは少なくとも約20であり、Qは有機構造指向剤であり、Xは三価の元素、例えばB、Al、FeおよびGaの一種またはそれ以上、特にAlであり、またYは四価の元素、例えばSi、Ge、Sn、TiおよびZrの一種またはそれ以上、特にSiである。
有利には、Qは以下の式を有する1,4-ビス(N-イソペンチルピロリジニウム)ブタンジカチオンを含む:
(i) 該分子篩材料を形成し得る合成混合物を調製する工程(該混合物は、アルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属(M)源、ゼオライトYを含むアルミニウム酸化物源、別のシリカ源、水、および1,4-ビス(N-イソペンチルピロリジニウム)ブタンジカチオンを含む構造指向剤(Q)を含み、かつ、該混合物は、モル比で表して以下のような範囲内の組成:少なくとも20なるSiO2/Al2O3;約15〜約60なる範囲のH2O/SiO2;約0.20〜約0.60なる範囲のOH-/SiO2;約0.05〜約0.50なる範囲のM/SiO2;および約0.05〜約0.20なる範囲のQ/SiO2、を有する)、
(ii) 約120℃〜約200℃なる範囲の温度および約1日〜約28日なる範囲の期間を含む結晶化条件下で、該分子篩材料の結晶が生成されるまで、該混合物を加熱する工程、および
(iii) 該工程(ii)から該結晶性材料を回収する工程。
特に、上記の新規な分子篩構造物としてのEMM-22は、該分子篩の焼成されたままの状態における、少なくとも以下の表1に示すピークを含む、X-線回折パターン、および該分子篩の合成されたままの形状における、少なくとも以下の表2に示すピークを含むX-線回折パターンによって特徴付けられる。
X2O3:(n)YO2
式中、nは少なくとも約20、例えば少なくとも25、少なくとも30または少なくとも40であり、Xは三価の元素、例えばB、Al、FeおよびGaの一種またはそれ以上、特にAlであり、またYは四価の元素、例えばSi、Ge、Sn、TiおよびZrの一種またはそれ以上、特にSiである。nに対して許容された値から、EMM-22が完全に珪質形状で合成することができ、該珪質形状においては、該三価の元素Xが存在しないかまたは本質的に不在であることが理解されよう。
mQ:X2O3:(n)YO2
式中、0<m≦0.2であり、nは少なくとも約10、典型的には約20を越える値であり、Qは有機構造指向剤であり、Xは三価の元素、例えばB、Al、FeおよびGaの一種またはそれ以上、特にAlであり、またYは四価の元素、例えばSi、Ge、Sn、TiおよびZrの一種またはそれ以上、特にSiである。
有利には、Qは1,4-ビス(N-イソペンチルピロリジニウム)ブタンジカチオンであり、これは以下の式を有する:
上記分子篩EMM-22は、熱的に安定であり、またその焼成された状態において、大きな表面積および有意な炭化水素収着能力を示す。
例示の態様において、アルミノシリケートEMM-22は、アルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属(M)の源、ゼオライトYを含む酸化アルミニウム源、シリカの別の源、および上記の如き構造指向剤(Q)を含む合成混合物から製造することができ、該合成混合物は、酸化物のモル比で表した、以下の範囲内の組成を有する:
500mLのテトラヒドロフラン(THF)を、容量1Lの吸引フラスコに入れた。35.3gのイソバレルアルデヒド(0.41M)、次いで28.4gのピロリジン(0.40M)を、該THF中で混合した。次に、100gのナトリウムトリアセトキシボロハイドライド(0.47M)粉末を、5-10g刻みで該溶液に添加した。この添加操作中に、激しい攪拌を利用して、該粉末が該フラスコの底部において凝集しないことを保証した。この凝集は、該懸濁液の効率的な混合を阻害するであろう。該ナトリウムトリアセトキシボロハイドライド粉末の各添加後、該粉末の次の添加前に均一なスラリーを形成するように十分な時間を設けた。一日後、291gの27%KOH溶液を徐々に添加することによって、該懸濁液を冷却することにより、生成物を製造した。次に、この生成物を、得られた該溶液から、500mLのペンタンを用いて抽出した。次に、該有機画分を分液ロートで集め、無水硫酸マグネシウムを用いて乾燥させた。次いで、上記THFおよびペンタンを減圧下でロータリーエバポレータにより蒸発させることによって、該N-イソペンチルピロリジン生成物を単離した。
モル比H2O/SiO2 = 38.3およびSi/Al = 18を有する合成ゲルを、以下の手順に従って製造した。
実施例2で作成した生成物の一部を、以下の手順に従って焼成した。
以下の手順に従って、Si/Al = 15.5およびH2O/SiO2 = 38.3なるモル比を有する合成ゲルを製造した。
前記製造したままの生成物の収量は6.62gであった。この得られた生成物を粉末XRDにより分析したところ、痕跡レベルのゼオライトY反応体および痕跡レベルの方沸石を含むEMM-22であることが示された。実施例4の製造したままの生成物のXRDパターンは、図1(c)に見出すことができ、また該粉末回折ピークの強度および位置は、以下の表3において見出すことができる。
表3は以下の通りである。
前記実施例4の焼成された生成物を、90℃におけるn-ヘキサンの吸着能力および120℃における2,2-ジメチルブタンおよび2,3-ジメチルブタンの吸着能力についてテストした。結果を以下にまとめた:nヘキサン:99mg/g;2,2-ジメチルブタン:81mg/g;および2,3-ジメチルブタン:87mg/g。
本発明のまた別の態様は、以下のとおりであってもよい。

〔4〕更に、前記分子篩の孔中に、1,4-ビス(N-イソペンチルピロリジニウム)ブタンジカチオンを含む、前記〔1〕記載の分子篩材料。
〔5〕合成したままの状態において、以下の表2に示すピークを含むX-線回折パターンを有する、分子篩材料:
〔6〕以下の式で表されるモル関係:

〔8〕前記Qが1,4-ビス(N-イソペンチルピロリジニウム)ブタンジカチオンを含む、前記〔6〕記載の分子篩材料。
〔9〕更に、任意の有機物質を除去するための焼成後に、窒素物理吸着により測定された、約0.24cc/gなる微小孔容積を有する、前記〔1〕記載の分子篩材料。
〔10〕前記〔1〕記載の分子篩材料の製造方法であって、
(i) 該分子篩材料を形成し得る合成混合物を調製する工程(該混合物は、アルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属(M)源、ゼオライトYを含むアルミニウム酸化物源、別のシリカ源、水、および1,4-ビス(N-イソペンチルピロリジニウム)ブタンジカチオンを含む指向剤(Q)を含み、かつ、該混合物は、モル比で表して以下のような範囲内の組成:少なくとも20なるSiO 2 /Al 2 O 3 ;約15〜約60なる範囲のH 2 O/SiO 2 ;約0.20〜約0.60なる範囲のOH - /SiO 2 ;約0.05〜約0.50なる範囲のM/SiO 2 ;および約0.03〜約0.20なる範囲のQ/SiO 2 、を有する)、
(ii) 約120℃〜約200℃なる範囲の温度および約1日〜約28日間なる範囲の期間を含む結晶化条件下で、該分子篩材料の結晶が生成されるまで、該合成混合物を加熱する工程、および
(iii) 工程(ii)から該結晶性分子篩材料を回収する工程、
を含む、前記分子篩材料の製造方法。
〔11〕前記〔10〕記載の方法により作製されたものである分子篩材料。
〔12〕前記〔1〕記載の分子篩およびバインダを含む触媒。
〔13〕前記〔1〕記載の分子篩およびマトリックス材料を含む触媒。
〔14〕有機化合物を含有する供給原料を、転化生成物に転化する方法であって、
該供給原料と触媒とを、有機化合物転化条件にて接触させる工程を含み、
該触媒が、前記〔1〕記載の分子篩材料の活性型を含む、方法。
Claims (9)
- 前記Xがアルミニウムを含み、かつ前記Yがケイ素を含む、請求項1記載の分子篩材料。
- 前記Xがアルミニウムを含み、かつ前記Yがケイ素を含む、請求項3記載の分子篩材料。
- 更に、窒素物理吸着により測定された、0.24cc/gなる微小孔容積を有する、請求項1記載の分子篩材料。
- 請求項1記載の分子篩材料の製造方法であって、
(i) 該分子篩材料を形成し得る合成混合物を調製する工程、ここで、該混合物は、アルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属(M)源、ゼオライトYを含むアルミニウム酸化物源、別のシリカ源、水、および1,4−ビス(N−イソペンチルピロリジニウム)ブタンジカチオンを含む指向剤(Q)を含み、かつ、該混合物は、モル比で表して以下のような範囲内の組成:少なくとも20なるSiO2/Al2O3;15〜60なる範囲のH2O/SiO2;0.20〜0.60なる範囲のOH-/SiO2;0.05〜0.50なる範囲のM/SiO2;および0.03〜0.20なる範囲のQ/SiO2、を有し、、
(ii) 120℃〜200℃なる範囲の温度および1日〜28日間なる範囲の期間を含む結晶化条件下で、該分子篩材料の結晶が生成されるまで、該合成混合物を加熱する工程、および
(iii) 工程(ii)から該結晶性分子篩材料を回収する工程、
を含む、前記分子篩材料の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の分子篩およびバインダを含む触媒。
- 請求項1記載の分子篩およびマトリックス材料を含む触媒。
- 有機化合物を含有する供給原料を、転化生成物に転化する方法であって、
該供給原料と触媒とを接触させる工程を含み、
前記転化が、前記有機化合物のクラッキング、水素化分解、不均化、アルキル化、オリゴマー化又は異性化であり、
該触媒が、請求項1記載の分子篩材料を含む、方法。
