Abstract
Description

Claims (16)
- ファスナーへの塗布のためのファスナーシーリング材料であって、
前記シーリング材料の約90~約97重量パーセントの濃度で存在するアクリレートと、
前記シーリング材料の約3~約10重量パーセントの濃度で存在するナノ構造材料と
を含み、
前記シーラントは、液体として前記ファスナーに塗布され、及び
紫外線又はLED光源を使用して且つ熱の使用なしに硬化される、ファスナーシーリング材料。 - 前記アクリレートは、ウレタンアクリレートである、請求項1に記載のファスナーシーリング材料。
- 前記ナノ構造材料は、多面体オリゴマーシルセスキオキサン(POSS)である、請求項1に記載のファスナーシーリング材料。
- 前記アクリレート材料は、アクリル化ウレタン及びアクリル化ポリエステルの一方又は組合せである、請求項1に記載のファスナーシーリング材料。
- 前記アクリレートは、前記シーリング材料の約95重量パーセントの濃度で存在する、請求項1に記載のファスナーシーリング材料。
- 前記ナノ構造材料は、前記シーリング材料の約5重量パーセントの濃度で存在する、請求項1に記載のファスナーシーリング材料。
- 前記POSSは、前記シーリング材料の約5重量パーセントの濃度で存在する、請求項3に記載のファスナーシーリング材料。
- 紫外線又はLED光にさらされると、前記ファスナー上において約2~20秒以下で硬化する、請求項1に記載のファスナーシーリング材料。
- 紫外線又はLED光にさらされると、前記ファスナー上において約2~5秒以下で硬化する、請求項8に記載のファスナーシーリング材料。
- 前記材料が液体としてファスナーに塗布されると、前記ファスナーのシャンク又は上ねじ山の一部にウィッキングする、請求項1に記載のファスナーシーリング材料。
- 二物品システムであって、前記二物品システムの第1及び第2の物品は、ファスナーであって、前記ファスナーのヘッドの下側及び前記ヘッドの下側に隣接するシャンク又はねじ山にシーリング材料を有するファスナーによって互いに接合され、
前記シーリング材料は、前記シャンク又はねじ山から前記ヘッドの前記下側への移行部で、円錐のような形状を形成し、
前記シーリング材料は、前記シーリング材料の約90~約97重量パーセントの濃度で存在するアクリレートと、前記シーリング材料の約3~約10重量パーセントの濃度で存在するナノ構造材料とから調合され、
前記シーリング材料は、前記物品を互いに接合する前にUV又はLED光を使用して硬化され、
前記ファスナーの群は、ゼネラルモーターズワールドワイド手順GMW14906 4.5.4.3、加圧シール試験に従って試験されるとき、ゼロ個の不合格品を示し、及び
試験圧力が10psigに上げられると、前記ファスナーの群は、ゼロ個の不合格品を示した、二物品システム。 - 前記アクリレートは、前記シーリング材料の約95重量パーセントの濃度で存在し、及び
前記ナノ構造材料は、前記シーリング材料の約5重量パーセントの濃度で存在する、請求項11に記載の二物品システム。 - 前記シーラントは、硬化されると、約55~60ショアDの硬度を有する、請求項11に記載の二物品システム。
- 二物品システムであって、前記二物品システムの第1及び第2の物品は、ファスナーであって、前記ファスナーのヘッドの下側及び前記ヘッドの下側に隣接するシャンク又はねじ山にシーリング材料を有するファスナーによって互いに接合され、
前記シーリング材料は、前記シャンク又はねじ山から前記ヘッドの前記下側への移行部で円錐のような形状を形成し、
前記シーリング材料は、前記シーリング材料の約90~約97重量パーセントの濃度で存在するアクリレートと、前記シーリング材料の約3~約10重量パーセントの濃度で存在するナノ構造材料とから調合され、
前記シーリング材料は、前記物品を互いに接合する前にUV又はLED光を使用して硬化され、
