Abstract
Description
i)担体材料と、
ii)少なくとも1つの層状の物理的に作用する発泡剤の複数の粒子と、
を含み、
層状の物理的に作用する発泡剤の隣接粒子が、複合材料全体にわたって互いに実質的に平行に配置されている、ことを特徴とする複合材料が提供される。
-「複合材料」という用語は、異なる材料を堅固に組み合わせることによって製造中に得られ、化学的および物理的特性が個々の構成要素の特性を超える材料を記述している。特に、本発明の文脈において、本発明による複合材料は、防火要素である。
-「担体材料」という用語は、1つ以上のポリマーを含む組成物を記述している。担体材料は、1つ以上のポリマーが連続相を形成することを特徴としている。
-「堅固に結合した」という用語は、分子間力から生じ、それらが全体として固体を形成するように層を一緒に保持する2つの材料間の結合を記述している。堅固な結合の分離は、しばしば、堅固な結合によって相互に接続された要素を破壊することによってのみ可能である。
-「フォームフィッティング」という用語は、少なくとも2つの接続部品がインターロックすることによって生じる2つの材料間の接続を記述している。本発明の文脈において、フォームフィット接続は、特に、インターロックをもたらすために使用されるポリマー担体材料の塑性変形能によって生成され得る。
-「物理的泡沸」とは、2つの化合物間の化学反応が起こることなく、ガスを放出する化合物の膨張によってボリュームのある絶縁層が形成され、それにより、化合物の体積が元の体積の倍数だけ増加することを意味している。本発明の文脈において、「物理的に作用する発泡剤」という用語は、ある特定の温度、いわゆる活性化温度を超えるときに物理的泡沸を示すことができる材料または部材を意味している。
-「熱膨張」または単に「膨張」という用語は、物理的および/または化学的泡沸によって引き起こされる材料または部材の体積増加を意味している。
-「ポリマー」は、6つ以上の繰り返し単位を有する分子であり、線状、分岐状、星型、ねじれ、超分岐状、または架橋の構造を有することができ、ポリマーは、単一のタイプの繰り返し単位(「ホモポリマー」)を有することができるか、または複数のタイプの繰り返し単位(「コポリマー」)を有することができる。
-「固形分」という用語は、組成物の不揮発性配合の含有量を意味している。固形分は、DIN EN ISO 3251(2008)に従って測定される。
-「含有する(contain)」および「含む(comprise)」は、言及したものに加えて、さらなる構成成分が存在し得ることを意味している。これらの用語は、包括的であることを意図しているため、「からなる(consist of)」という用語も包含する。「からなる」は排他的であることを意図しており、さらなる構成成分が存在し得ないことを意味している。好ましい態様では、「含有する(contain)」および「含む(comprise)」という用語は、「からなる(consist of」という用語を意味している。
-数によって制限される範囲、例えば、「5~60重量%」とは、2つの極値およびこの範囲内の任意の値が個別に開示されることを意味している。
「化学的泡沸」とは、互いに整合し、かつ熱の影響下で互いに反応する化合物による、多量の断熱灰分層の形成を意味している。これらは、一般に、炭素源、酸形成剤、およびガス形成剤である。
i)担体材料を提供するステップと、
ii)層状の物理的に作用する発泡剤を提供するステップと、
iii)担体材料と、層状の物理的に作用する発泡剤とを組み合わせて前駆体を製造するステップと、
iv)任意選択で、担体材料と、層状の物理的に作用する発泡剤とを混合して、前駆体を製造するステップと、
を含み、
層状の物理的に作用する発泡剤の隣接粒子が、力の作用によって複合材料全体にわたって互いに実質的に平行に配置される、ことを特徴としている。
実施例1:試料を90°だけ回転させた、仮定:主に平面膨張。
実施例2:圧延試料、仮定:主に高さにおける膨張。
実施例3:打ち抜いた参照試料、直径45mm。
Claims (15)
- i)担体材料(2)と、
ii)少なくとも1つの層状の物理的に作用する発泡剤の複数の粒子(3)と、
を含む複合材料(1)であって、
前記層状の物理的に作用する発泡剤(3)の隣接粒子が、前記複合材料(1)の全体にわたって互いに実質的に平行に配置される
ことを特徴とする複合材料。 - 前記層状の物理的に作用する発泡剤(3)が、前記担体材料(2)に埋め込まれている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記層状の物理的に作用する発泡剤(3)が、前記担体材料(2)内に均一に分布している、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合材料。
- 前記担体材料(2)内の前記層状の物理的に作用する発泡剤(3)の濃度も、点、パターン、領域、および/またはサンドイッチの様式で変化し得る、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合材料。
- 前記層状の物理的に作用する発泡剤(3)が、前記担体材料(2)の表面の1つ以上の領域に適用される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記層状の物理的に作用する発泡剤(3)が、前記複合材料(1)の固形分の総重量に基づいて、10~90重量%の量で前記複合材料(1)に含有される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載の複合材料。
- 前記担体材料(2)が、80℃~500℃の範囲の軟化点または分解点を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1つに記載の複合材料。
- 前記担体材料(2)が、水または溶媒ベースのポリマー分散液を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか1つに記載の複合材料。
- 前記層状の物理的に作用する発泡剤(3)が、50μm~4mmの平均粒径を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか1つに記載の複合材料。
- 前記物理的に作用する発泡剤(3)が、黒鉛層間化合物、フィロケイ酸塩層間化合物、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか1つに記載の複合材料。
- 前記担体材料(2)が、少なくとも1つの有機および/または無機の繊維を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれか1つに記載の複合材料。
- 前記複合材料(1)が、≦10mmの最大層厚を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~11のいずれか1つに記載の複合材料。
- 前記複合材料(1)が、成形可能な塊または成形部品として形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~12のいずれか1つに記載の複合材料。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか1つに記載の少なくとも1つの複合材料を含む、防火要素。
- 建築部材における通路開口部および/または接合部をシールするための防火要素としての、請求項1~13のいずれか1つに記載の複合材料の使用。
