Claims (5)
- 船体の喫水深さを低減する船体補助機構であり、
船体の両側にある分流バッフルを備え、
前記分流バッフルの両端は、船体の前端および後端から延出しており、分流バッフルの下端は、船底を超えて伸びており、前記船体の前端および後端は平坦な傾斜板であり、船底は平板であり、
該船体補助機構は、ウオーターブロッキング機構をさらに含み、前記ウオーターブロッキング機構は、第一分流水圧板、第二分流水圧板および第三分流水圧板を含み、
第一分流水圧板の下端は、船体の前端の傾斜板に連結され、前記船体の内部には第一液圧シリンダーが設けられ、第一液圧シリンダーのロッドは、船体の前端の傾斜板を通して第一分流水圧板の上部に連結され、
第二分流水圧板は、船底の平板と平行に配置され、船体の前端に近い側は、船底の平板と連結され、前記船体の内部には第二液圧シリンダーが設けられ、第二液圧シリンダーのロッドは船底の平板を通して第二分流水圧板の反対側に連結され、
第三分流水圧板の下端は、船体の後端の傾斜板に連結され、前記船体の内部には第三液圧シリンダーが設けられ、第三液圧シリンダーのロッドは、船体の後端の傾斜板を通して第三分流水圧板の上部に連結されることを特徴とする船体の喫水深さを低減する船体補助機構。 - 第一分流水圧板、第二分流水圧板および第三分流水圧板にはスライドが設けられ、スライド内にはスライダーが設けられ、ロッドがスライダーに連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船体の喫水深さを低減する船体補助機構。
- 前記第一液圧シリンダー、第二液圧シリンダーおよび第三液圧シリンダーが船体内に直立に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船体の喫水深さを低減する船体補助機構。
- 前記船体内には3本の縦管体が設けられ、3本の縦管体の上端面は、それぞれ第一液圧シリンダー、第二液圧シリンダーおよび第三液圧シリンダーを支持し、ロッドは、縦管体の内部を通して船体を貫通することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の船体の喫水深さを低減する船体補助機構。
- 前記縦管体の上端面は、船体の最大喫水深さより高いことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の船体の喫水深さを低減する船体補助機構。
