Claims (15)
- 燃料を燃焼させるためのシリンダーと、
前記シリンダーの上側に備えられる排気バルブと、
前記シリンダーにおいて下死点と上死点の間を往復移動するピストンと、
前記ピストンが下死点から上死点に移動する途中で前記シリンダーにガス燃料を供給するためのガス燃料供給ユニットと、
前記シリンダーに流入される掃気ガスが経由する吸気ラインと、
前記シリンダーから排出される排気ガスが経由する排気ラインと、
前記吸気ラインに連結されて前記掃気ガスを圧縮し前記シリンダーに供給する圧縮機と、前記排気ラインに連結されて前記シリンダーから排気ガスの供給を受けて駆動し、回転力を前記圧縮機に伝達するタービンを含むターボチャージャーと、
前記排気ラインのうち前記タービンの前段部と、前記吸気ラインのうち前記圧縮機の前段部を連通するEGRラインと、
前記排気バルブの開閉を制御する第1制御部と、を含み、

前記タービンに供給される排気ガスの流量を制御する第2制御部と、を含み、
前記第2制御部は、前記EGRラインを介した排気再循環時に前記タービンに供給される排気ガスの流量を調整することを特徴とする排気ガス再循環システム。 - 前記第2制御部は、前記EGRラインを介した排気再循環時に前記タービンに供給される排気ガスの流量を増加させることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の排気ガス再循環システム。

前記第2制御部は、前記EGRラインを介した排気再循環時に前記バイパスラインを調整して前記クーラーから排出される掃気ガスの一部を前記タービンに供給することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の排気ガス再循環システム。 - 前記タービンは備えられるノズル羽根を調整することができる可変型タービンであり、
前記第2制御部は、前記EGRラインを介した排気再循環時に前記ノズル羽根を調整してタービンに供給される排気ガスの流速を増加させることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の排気ガス再循環システム。 - 前記シリンダーは、ガス燃料を主燃料に利用して駆動力を発生させるガスモードとディーゼルを主燃料に利用して駆動力を発生させるディーゼルモードのうち何れか1つで運転することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス再循環システム。
- 前記シリンダーから排出された排気ガスは、高圧状態で前記EGRラインを介して前記圧縮機に流入され、
前記EGRラインには排気ガスを加圧するEGRブロワが省略されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス再循環システム。
