Claims (16)
- 電極組立体を電解液とともに電池ケースの収納部内に収納している電池セルであって、
前記収納部の外側には、前記電池セルの内部で発生するガスを貯蔵するガス貯蔵部が形成され、
前記ガス貯蔵部は、ガス貯蔵部の空間を2個以上に区画することができる区画手段を備える、電池セル。 - 前記電池ケースには、前記電極組立体及び前記電解液を内蔵した状態で外周面が熱融着された第1密封部が形成される、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記収納部と前記ガス貯蔵部との間には第2密封部が形成される、請求項1または2に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池セルの内部のガスが所定圧力以上に膨張すれば前記ガス貯蔵部にガスを誘導する第1一方向バルブが前記第2密封部に備えられる、請求項3に記載の電池セル。
- 前記ガス貯蔵部の外面には、各区画手段による信号を感知するセンサー部材を備えられる、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記センサー部材は、接触センサー、圧力センサー及び温度センサーのいずれか一つ以上である、請求項5に記載の電池セル。
- 前記ガス貯蔵部の第1区画がガスで満たされた場合、前記第1区画に装着された前記センサー部材が感知し、
危険水位として設定された第N−1区画が満たされた場合、第N−1区画に装着された前記センサー部材が感知し、
最後の区画が満たされた場合、ガスが排出されて電池の機能が停止する、請求項5に記載の電池セル。 - 前記センサー部材は通知部材と連結され、設定値を外れる場合に前記通知部材に信号を伝達する、請求項5に記載の電池セル。
- 前記区画手段は、ガスによる膨張の際に前記電池セルの外壁より破損しやすい素材からなる、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記区画手段は、ガスによる膨張の際に前記電池セルの外壁より変形しやすい素材からなる、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記区画手段の変形によってガスが流入する部分ではない空間のうち一空間の容積が縮小する縮小部を含む、請求項10に記載の電池セル。
- 前記縮小部は、前記収納部の方向に物質を移動させることができる第2一方向バルブが第2密封部に備えられる、請求項11に記載の電池セル。
- ガス発生前の前記縮小部はガス流入の際に前記区画手段の変形によって体積が増加する拡張部より体積が大きい、請求項11に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルを含む、電池パック。
- 請求項14に記載の電池パックを電源として含む、デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、モバイル電子機器、電池に基づくモーターから動力を受けて動作する動力工具(power tool);電気自動車(Electric Vehicle、EV)、ハイブリッド電気自動車(Hybrid Electric Vehicle、HEV)、またはプラグインハイブリッド電気自動車(Plug−in Hybrid Electric Vehicle、PHEV)を含む電気車;電気自転車(E−bike)、電気スクーター(E−scooter)を含む電気二輪車;電気ゴルフカート(electric golf cart);又は電力貯蔵システムである、請求項15に記載のデバイス。
