Claims (10)
- 乳化剤を添加することなく、非混和性流体の安定した均質な分散液を生成する方法であって、前記非混和性流体を含み、乳化剤を添加しないマクロエマルジョンを提供すること、および、前記マクロエマルジョンを、乱流流体の流れのために構成された処理装置に通し、それによって、分散媒体の連続相中に分散された流体の複数の液滴を含むマイクロエマルジョンを生成することを含み、前記液滴は室温での貯蔵中に前記分散媒体から分離せず、前記処理装置は、入口および出口を有するハウジングと、前記ハウジングを通って軸方向に延在し、複数のディスクを含む処理要素とを含み、各ディスクには1つまたは複数のアパーチャが形成され、前記1つまたは複数のアパーチャは前記ディスクの片側に一緒に配置され、隣接するディスクの前記アパーチャは互いに半径方向に反対側に位置する、方法。
- 前記分散された流体が非極性流体であり、前記分散媒体が極性流体媒体である、請求項1に記載の方法。
