Claims (12)
- ディファレンシャルケースの内部に備えられるものであって、内部に取り付けられるピニオンギアを支持するサポートリング;
前記ディファレンシャルケースの内部で前記サポートリングに結合または解除の作動をするクラッチリング;
前記クラッチリング反対側の前記ディファレンシャルケースの外側に備えられるアーマチュアを含み、前記クラッチリングとアプリケーションロッドにより連結される前記アーマチュアを電磁気力により引っ張って前記クラッチリングとサポートリングの結合がなされるようにするアクチュエータ;および
前記ディファレンシャルケース内部の前記アプリケーションロッド部位に結合されて、一側端部は前記ディファレンシャルケースに接触し、他側端部は前記クラッチリングに接触して前記クラッチリングを弾性支持する弾性部材;
を含む、ディスコネクタ装置。 - 前記アクチュエータは、
前記アーマチュアと対向して構成されるコア;および
前記コアの内部に収容された状態で、電源印加時に電磁気力を発生して前記アーマチュアを引っ張るマグネチックコイル;
を含む、請求項1に記載のディスコネクタ装置。 - 前記コアおよびマグネチックコイルは、
前記アーマチュアと非接触構造で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のディスコネクタ装置。 - 前記マグネチックコイルおよびコアは、
変速機ハウジングに固定され、前記ディファレンシャルケースの回転に独立していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のディスコネクタ装置。 - 前記ディファレンシャルケースの一側から前記アクチュエータ方向に延びる延長部にブッシングが結合され、前記ブッシングに前記アーマチュアおよびコアの中心部位が結合されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のディスコネクタ装置。
- 前記ブッシングは、
非磁性体であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のディスコネクタ装置。 - 前記クラッチリングとサポートリングの互いに向き合う面に結合または解除が可能なドッグ部が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディスコネクタ装置。
- 前記クラッチリングの外径と前記ディファレンシャルケースの内径とは、スプライン構造で連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディスコネクタ装置。
- 前記アプリケーションロッドは、
一側端部はクラッチリングに連結され、他側端部は前記ディファレンシャルケースを貫通して前記アーマチュアと連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディスコネクタ装置。 - 前記アーマチュアは、
磁性体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディスコネクタ装置。 - 前記サポートリングの内部に中心軸が備えられ、前記中心軸の両側にピニオンギアが回転可能に結合され、両側のピニオンギアを間に置いて両側に両側のピニオンギアと噛み合うサイドギアが備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディスコネクタ装置。
- 前記ディファレンシャルケースの側端部は脱付着可能なカバーにより構成され、前記カバーにドライブギアが取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディスコネクタ装置。
