Claims (5)
- 電気自動車のインレット充電部に締結される車両用充電コネクタにおいて、
前記インレット充電部との結合空間を提供するハウジングと、
前記結合空間を貫通し配置され、前記インレット充電部内部に設けられたインレット端子部と接触するアウトレット端子と、前記アウトレット端子に連結されたケーブルとで形成されたアウトレット端子部と、
前記ハウジングの一側に組み立てられ、前記アウトレット端子部の離脱を防止するリアホルダと、
を含み、
前記リアホルダは、前記結合空間の外側に配置されるボディと、前記ボディから結合空間の内側に延び、弾性変形可能になるように形成された防止リブとで形成され、前記アウトレット端子が係止固定されることを特徴とする車両用充電コネクタ。 - 前記防止リブは、前記アウトレット端子部が延びた結合方向に切開され半径方向に弾性変形され、前記アウトレット端子が貫通した後に復元され、前記アウトレット端子の端部が保持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用充電コネクタ。
- 前記防止リブは、対向して形成される第1、2防止リブで形成され、前記第1、2防止リブにより形成される結合孔の断面積が、前記ボディから離れるほど徐々に減少することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用充電コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記結合空間と前記リアホルダによって閉鎖される収容空間を区画する保持面が形成され、
前記アウトレット端子は、一側の末端部に外周面に沿って突出し、前記保持面及び前記防止リブにそれぞれ保持される保持端が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用充電コネクタ。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記結合空間から凹んだ締結溝が形成され、
前記リアホルダは、前記ボディから前記結合空間の内側に延び、前記締結溝に係止固定される締結リブが形成されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の車両用充電コネクタ。
