Abstract
Description
以下の実施例1及び比較例1乃至4の未架橋ゴム組成物を調製した。それぞれの構成については表1にも示す。
HNBR(結合アクリロニトリル量:36.2質量%、ヨウ素価:11mg/100mg)ゴム成分を構成し、このゴム成分100質量部に対して、脂肪酸アミドのエルカ酸アミド4質量部、カーボンブラックのFEF(平均粒子径:43nm)55質量部、加工助剤5.5質量部、老化防止剤3質量部、可塑剤5質量部、加硫促進助剤5質量部、有機過酸化物の1,3-ジ(t-ブチルパーオキシ)ジイソプロピルベンゼン2.4質量部、共架橋剤のN,N’-m-フェニレンビスマレイミド3質量部、及び硫黄0.4質量部を配合して混練した未架橋ゴム組成物を実施例1とした。
脂肪酸アミドのエルカ酸アミドを配合せず、加工助剤の配合量をゴム成分100質量部に対して1.5質量部としたことを除いて実施例1と同様にして調製した未架橋ゴム組成物を比較例1とした。
カーボンブラックのFEFに代えて、カーボンブラックのSRF(平均粒子径:66nm)を配合したことを除いて実施例1と同様にして調製した未架橋ゴム組成物を比較例2とした。
共架橋剤のN,N’-m-フェニレンビスマレイミドを配合していないことを除いて実施例1と同様にして調製した未架橋ゴム組成物を比較例3とした。
硫黄を配合していないことを除いて実施例1と同様にして調製した未架橋ゴム組成物を比較例4とした。
上記未架橋ゴム組成物からゴム組成物の試験片を作製し、それを用いて以下の試験を実施した。その結果を表1に示す。
実施例1及び比較例1乃至4のそれぞれの未架橋ゴム組成物を用いて所定の試験片を作製し、JIS K6253-3:2012に基づいて、タイプAデュロメータで硬さHsを測定した。なお、試験片作製時の一次架橋における温度条件は170℃及び時間条件は10分とし、二次架橋における温度条件は150℃及び時間条件は4時間とした(以下、同様)。
実施例1及び比較例1乃至4のそれぞれの未架橋ゴム組成物を用いて所定の試験片を作製し、JIS K6251:2017に基づいて、引張強さTb、伸びEb、及び100%伸びにおける引張応力S100を測定した。
実施例1及び比較例1乃至2のそれぞれの未架橋ゴム組成物を用いて所定の切込みありの試験片を作製し、JIS K6252-1:2015に基づいて、試験方法Bで引裂強さTSを測定した。
実施例1及び比較例1乃至4のそれぞれの未架橋ゴム組成物を用いて所定の試験片を作製し、JIS K6262:2013に基づいて、試験温度を120℃及び試験時間を72時間として圧縮永久ひずみCSを測定した。
実施例1及び比較例1乃至2のそれぞれの未架橋ゴム組成物を用いて直径6.3mm及び高さ8.0mmの円柱状の試験片を作製し、図2に示すように、試験片31を固定具32で固定するとともに金属板33に押接し、その状態で試験片31の底面が金属板33に摺接するように金属板33を往復運動させた。金属板33の材質はSS400、表面粗度Ryは3.2、及び仕上げ方向は摺動方向と直交する方法とした。また、試験片31の金属板33への押圧圧力は0.1MPa、金属板33の往復数は60回/分、金属板33の往復のストロークは10mm、及び金属板33の往復回数は10万回とした。そして、試験前後の試験片31の質量の減量を試験片31の比重及び底面積で除すことにより摩耗量(mm)を算出した。

Claims (6)
- ゴム組成物で形成された環状のシール材であって、
前記ゴム組成物は、水素化ニトリルゴムを主成分とするゴム成分と、脂肪酸アミドと、平均粒子径が60nm以下のカーボンブラックとを含有するとともに、前記ゴム成分が有機過酸化物、共架橋剤、及び硫黄が用いられて架橋しているシール材。 - 請求項1に記載されたシール材において、
前記水素化ニトリルゴムの結合アクリロニトリル量が18質量%以上52質量%以下であるシール材。 - 請求項1又は2に記載されたシール材において、
前記脂肪酸アミドが不飽和脂肪酸アミドを含むシール材。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載されたシール材において、
前記カーボンブラックがFEFを含むシール材。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載されたシール材において、
前記有機過酸化物がジアルキルパーオキサイドを含むシール材。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載されたシール材において、
前記共架橋剤がマレイミド系共架橋剤を含むシール材。
