Claims (15)
- 配管接合部(4)のための受け入れ空間(3)を備えるハウジング(2)と、前記配管接合部(4)を前記ハウジング(2)に解放可能に固定するための固定部材(5)と、前記受け入れ空間(3)に配置され、前記受け入れ空間(3)に受け入れられた前記配管接合部(4)の自由端を外周上で取り囲むように設計され、結果的に前記ハウジング(2)と前記配管接合部(4)との間の接触面を流体密封シールするシール要素(6)と、を備える管継手であって、前記シール要素(6)は、第1の自由端(6.1)及び第2の自由端(6.2)を有するスリーブの形状に設計され、膨出部(6.5)が、前記第1の自由端に設けられ、管状部分(6.3)が、前記膨出部(6.5)から突出して、その端部側で前記第2の自由端(6.2)を形成する、ことを特徴とする管継手。
- 前記シール要素(6)の前記管状部分(6.3)は、前記第2の自由端(6.2)に向かって内側で円錐形にテーパー付けされるように設計される、請求項1に記載の管継手。
- 前記膨出部(6.5)は、Oリングの形状を有する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の管継手。
- 前記管状部分(6.3)は、長手方向で見て、前記第2の自由端(6.2)の領域で一定の外径を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の管継手。
- 前記シール要素(6)は、前記シール要素(6)を取り外した状態において、長手方向で見て、前記第2の自由端(6.2)に向かって円錐状に拡大する前記管状部分(6.3)の外径が、前記シール要素(6)を組み付けられた状態において径方向に圧縮されて、前記管状部分(6.3)の内径が縮小するように前記ハウジング(2)内に締め付けられた態様で保持される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の管継手。
- 前記管状部分(6.3)は、前記第2の自由端(6.2)に向かってその外側が円錐形にテーパー付けされる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の管継手。
- 前記シール要素(6)の内側の円錐形のテーパーは、前記第2の端部(6.2)に向かって増大する前記管状部分の壁厚によって達成される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の管継手。
- 前記シール要素(6)の前記管状部分(6.3)は、前記配管接合部(4)が前記受け入れ空間(3)に押し込まれる場合に、前記配管接合部(4)の前記自由端を案内し、半径方向に支持するように設計される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の管継手。
- ビード部(6.4)が、前記膨出部(6.5)と前記管状部分(6.3)との間の前記シール要素(6)の内側に設けられる、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の管継手。
- 前記管状部分(6.3)は、その外側に少なくとも1つの戻り止め突起(8)を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の管継手。
- 前記戻り止め突起(8)は、周方向ビード部によって形成される、請求項10に記載の管継手。
- 前記受け入れ空間(3)は、前記配管接合部(4)の前記自由端のための環状の止め部(3.1)を有し、前記環状の止め部(3.1)は、前記シール要素(6)の前記第2の自由端(6.2)のための止め部を形成する、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の管継手。
- 前記管状部分(6.3)の長さ(L)は、前記膨出部(6.5)の断面の直径(d)よりも大きい、請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の管継手。
- 前記シール要素(6)は一体部品で形成され、又は、前記シール要素(6)は、前記膨出部(6.5)の形態の第1のシール要素部分と前記管状部分(6.3)の形態の第2のシール要素部分から形成される複数の部品で形成される、請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の管継手。
- 面取り部(9)又は凹部が、前記管状部分(6.3)の自由端の領域において外側に設けられる、請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の管継手。
