Description
図1は、組電池の基本的構成を示す図である。図2は、図1の組電池の樹脂プレートを除いた状態を示す図である。図3は、組電池における電池セルの構成を示す図である。
以下、実施の形態2に係る蓄電モジュールについて図を参照して説明する。実施の形態2に係る蓄電モジュールは、エンドプレートおよびシームレス環状金属部材の各々の構成が、実施の形態1に係る蓄電モジュールと異なるため、異なる部分についてのみ説明を行ない、実施の形態1に係る蓄電モジュールと同様の構成については説明を繰り返さない。
Claims (7)
- 積層された複数の蓄電セルと、
積層された状態の前記複数の蓄電セルと嵌合し、前記複数の蓄電セルを積層方向に挟持している複数のシームレス環状金属部材とを備える、蓄電モジュール。 - 前記複数のシームレス環状金属部材の各々は、前記積層方向に延在する1対の第1辺部と、前記積層方向に直交する方向に延在して前記1対の第1辺部を互いに接続する1対の第2辺部を含み、
前記1対の第2辺部の各々の厚みは、前記1対の第1辺部の各々の厚みより厚い、請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記複数の蓄電セルの各々は、開口を有する外装体、および、前記開口を封口する封口板を含み、
前記1対の第1辺部において、前記複数の蓄電セルの封口板側に位置する第1辺部の厚みは、前記複数の蓄電セルの前記外装体の底部側に位置する第1辺部の厚みより厚い、請求項2に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記複数の蓄電セルの各々は、前記積層方向から見て、1対の長辺と1対の短辺とからなる矩形状の主面を有し、
前記1対の第2辺部の各々は、前記積層方向から見て、前記1対の長辺と直交している、請求項2または請求項3に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記複数の蓄電セルの前記積層方向の両側に、前記主面を覆うエンドプレートが配置されている、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートに、前記複数のシームレス環状金属部材の位置決め用突起が形成されている、請求項5に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記複数のシームレス環状金属部材は、押し出し成形された金属パイプから切断されて形成されている、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。
