Claims (6)
- 中空筒状の弁本体と、前記弁本体に設けられて複数の弁ポートを有する弁座部と、前記弁本体の内部にて軸線方向にスライド自在に設けられた弁体と、該弁体を前記弁座部に向かって付勢する付勢部材と、を備えたスライド式切換弁であって、
前記弁体は、前記弁座部に向かって開口した碗状に形成されるとともに、その開口端縁が前記弁座部のシール面に摺接するシール部とされ、
前記付勢部材は、前記弁体における前記シール部とは反対側の頂部に取り付けられる取付部と、該取付部から前記軸線方向と交差する交差面内に沿って径方向外側に延びる延出部と、該延出部の先端に設けられて前記弁本体の内周面に接触可能な接触部と、を有していることを特徴とするスライド式切換弁。 - 前記付勢部材の前記延出部は、前記取付部に接続される基端部と、該基端部から折り返して反対側に延びる折返部と、を有し、該折返部の先端に前記接触部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスライド式切換弁。
- 前記付勢部材は、前記取付部、前記延出部および前記接触部が一体とされた板バネから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のスライド式切換弁。
- 前記付勢部材の前記接触部は、前記弁本体の前記内周面に向かって凸な球面状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のスライド式切換弁。
- 前記付勢部材の前記接触部は、前記軸線方向に沿って複数箇所に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のスライド式切換弁。
- 前記付勢部材の前記取付部は、前記軸線方向に延びる板状に形成され、その中央部1箇所で前記弁体に固定され、該弁体には、前記取付部の側端縁に当接して回転を規制する規制部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のスライド式切換弁。
