Claims (6)
- 移動相を送液する送液ポンプと、
前記送液ポンプの下流で前記移動相中に試料を注入するインジェクタと、
前記インジェクタの下流で前記インジェクタにより前記移動相中に注入された試料中の成分を分離するための分離カラムと、
前記分離カラムの下流において前記分離カラムからの溶出液の流れを微少流量の流れとその他の流れに分流し、前記微少流量の流れを形成する溶出液のうちの少なくとも一部を分取容器に分取するように構成された溶出液分取部と、を備えている、分取液体クロマトグラフ。 - 前記溶出液分取部は、前記分離カラムの下流で互いに分岐した第1流路及び第2流路を有し、前記微少流量の流れを形成する溶出液が前記第1流路を流れ、前記その他の流れを形成する溶出液が前記第2流路を流れ、前記第1流路を経た前記溶出液を前記分取容器に滴下することにより分取するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の分取液体クロマトグラフ。
- 前記溶出液分取部は、前記第2流路を経た溶出液を捕集容器に捕集するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の分取液体クロマトグラフ。
- 前記分取液体クロマトグラフは、前記溶出液分取部の動作を制御することによって、前記第1流路を経た溶出液のうちの複数の部分を前記分取容器に分取し、かつ、前記第2流路を経た溶出液のうち、前記分取容器に分取される前記複数の部分のそれぞれに対応する部分を個別の捕集容器に分けて捕集するように構成された制御部を備えている、請求項3に記載の分取液体クロマトグラフ。
- 前記分取容器には、前記溶出液分取部により滴下される溶出液を保持するための複数の溶出液保持部が平面的に配列されており、
前記制御部は、前記分取容器に分取された前記複数の部分がそれぞれ保持されている前記溶出液保持部と、前記第2流路を経た溶出液のうち前記複数の部分のそれぞれに対応する部分が捕集されている前記捕集容器との対応関係を記憶するように構成されている、請求項4に記載の分取液体クロマトグラフ。 - 所定流量で流れる移動相中に試料を注入する注入ステップと、
分離カラムを用いて前記注入ステップにより移動相中に注入された試料中の成分を互いに分離する分離ステップと、
前記分離カラムからの溶出液の流れを微少流量の流れとその他の流れに分流する分流ステップと、
前記分流ステップにより分流された前記微少流量の流れを形成する溶出液のうちの少なくとも一部を分取容器に分取する分取ステップと、
前記分取ステップで前記分取容器に分取された溶出液を乾燥させて前記溶出液中の成分を乾固させる乾固ステップと、
前記乾固ステップにより乾固した前記成分の検出を行なう検出ステップと、を備えた分析方法。
