Claims (7)
- 流体の流量を制御する弁体を内部に収容し、前記弁体が近接または離間可能な弁座を内部に有する弁室が形成され、金属材料で形成された円筒形状の弁本体と、
前記弁本体に接合され、前記弁体を駆動し、マグネットロータを含む駆動部と、
前記駆動部を収容し、カップ形状に形成されるケースと、
前記弁体に接続され、前記マグネットロータの回転に伴い回転するロータ軸と、
前記弁本体に形成される前記弁室の側壁にろう付けされる、継手と、
を備え、
前記弁本体の外周であって、前記弁本体の他の部品との溶接面となる前記駆動部側の端面と、前記弁室の側壁にろう付けされる、継手の接合部との間に、前記継手の接合部より、ろう材が流出した場合に、ろう材を堰き止める溝が設けられたことを特徴とする電動弁。 - 前記溝は前記円筒形状の前記弁本体の全周に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。
- 前記溝は、ローレット形状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動弁。
- 前記溝は前記円筒形状の前記弁本体の一部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。
- 前記溝は、該溝の円周方向の幅が継手の外径より小さいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電動弁。
- 前記溝は、複数であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。
- 前記溝は、
前記弁本体の外周であって、
前記弁本体の他の部品との溶接面となる前記駆動部側の端面と、
前記弁本体の外周と前記継手の周囲とに亘って形成されるろう材との間に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。
