Claims (4)
- 互いに独立した複数相のオープン巻線を有する回転電機を駆動制御する回転電機制御システムであって、
前記オープン巻線の一端側に接続された第1インバータと、
前記オープン巻線の他端側に接続された第2インバータと、
前記第1インバータが接続された第1直流電源と、
前記第2インバータが接続された第2直流電源と、
前記第1直流電源に並列接続された第1平滑コンデンサと、
前記第2直流電源に並列接続された第2平滑コンデンサと、
前記第1インバータ及び前記第1平滑コンデンサと前記第1直流電源との電気的接続を断接する第1コンタクタと、
前記第2インバータ及び前記第2平滑コンデンサと前記第2直流電源との電気的接続を断接する第2コンタクタと、
前記第1コンタクタ及び前記第2コンタクタのそれぞれを制御すると共に、前記第1インバータ及び前記第2インバータのそれぞれを、互いに独立して制御可能な制御部と、を備え、
前記第1インバータ及び前記第2インバータは、それぞれ交流1相分のアームが上段側スイッチング素子と下段側スイッチング素子との直列回路により構成され、
前記制御部は、前記第1インバータ及び前記第2インバータをそれぞれ、全ての前記上段側スイッチング素子をオフ状態とし全ての前記下段側スイッチング素子をオン状態とする、又は、全ての前記上段側スイッチング素子をオン状態とし全ての前記下段側スイッチング素子をオフ状態とするアクティブショートサーキット制御、及び、複数相のスイッチング素子の全てをオフ状態とするシャットダウン制御、により制御可能であり、
前記第1直流電源の電圧変動範囲よりも大きい値に設定された第1上限電圧と、前記第1直流電源の電圧変動範囲よりも小さい値に設定された第1下限電圧と、前記第2直流電源の電圧変動範囲よりも大きい値に設定された第2上限電圧と、前記第2直流電源の電圧変動範囲よりも小さい値に設定された第2下限電圧と、を用いて、
前記制御部は、
前記第1平滑コンデンサの両端電圧が前記第1上限電圧よりも高い、又は前記第1下限電圧よりも低く、且つ、前記第1直流電源を流れる電流が予め規定された第1下限電流以下である場合に、前記第1コンタクタが開状態であると判定し、
前記第2平滑コンデンサの両端電圧が前記第2上限電圧よりも高い、又は前記第2下限電圧よりも低く、且つ、前記第2直流電源を流れる電流が予め規定された第2下限電流以下である場合に、前記第2コンタクタが開状態であると判定し、
前記第1コンタクタ及び前記第2コンタクタの内、開状態であると判定した一方のコンタクタを故障コンタクタ、他方の前記コンタクタを正常コンタクタとし、
前記回転電機の回転速度が予め規定された速度しきい値以上の状態では、前記第1インバータ及び前記第2インバータの双方を、シャットダウン制御により制御すると共に、前記第1コンタクタ及び前記第2コンタクタの双方を開状態とし、
前記回転電機の回転速度が前記速度しきい値未満となった後、前記故障コンタクタに接続されたインバータである故障側インバータを前記アクティブショートサーキット制御により制御し、前記正常コンタクタを開状態に維持すると共に、当該正常コンタクタに接続されたインバータである正常側インバータを当該正常側インバータに接続された平滑コンデンサである正常側平滑コンデンサの放電用トルクで駆動し、
前記正常側平滑コンデンサの両端電圧の上昇が解消された後、前記正常コンタクタを閉状態に制御すると共に、前記正常側インバータにより前記回転電機を駆動制御する、回転電機制御システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記回転電機の回転速度が予め設定された最高回転速度である状態であって、前記第1コンタクタ及び前記第2コンタクタの一方が開状態であり他方が閉状態である状態で、前記シャットダウン制御を実行した場合に、開状態である前記コンタクタに接続された平滑コンデンサの両端電圧が前記インバータの耐圧以下である場合には、前記第1コンタクタ及び前記第2コンタクタの一方が前記故障コンタクタであると判定した場合に、前記回転電機の回転速度が規定の速度しきい値以上の状態であっても、他方の前記正常コンタクタを開状態とせずに閉状態に維持する、請求項1に記載の回転電機制御システム。
- 前記回転電機は、車両に搭載されて当該車両の車輪を駆動する駆動力源であり、
前記制御部は、前記第1コンタクタ及び前記第2コンタクタの一方が開状態であると判定した場合、前記回転電機の出力可能なトルク及び回転速度を規定範囲内に制限すると共に、前記車両の運転者に対して警告を報知する、請求項1又は2に記載の回転電機制御システム。 - 前記放電用トルクは、最大トルクの1%以下である、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の回転電機制御システム。
