Claims (36)
- 外側ハウジングを備える気化器本体と、

気化可能物質が、前記加熱器によって加熱された前記空気によって加熱され、前記加熱された空気中に前記気化可能物質を少なくとも部分的に気化させる、ように構成されて内部に保持される、オーブンチャンバと、
前記加熱器に結合され、前記加熱器をある温度まで加熱するように構成される、コントローラと、
前記加熱された空気および気化された物質を送達するように構成される、マウスピースと、
を備える、気化器。 - 前記外側ハウジングの一部分を貫通して形成される吸気開口部であって、ユーザが前記マウスピースにおいて吸い込むと、前記空気が前記吸気開口部を介して前記気化器本体に入る、吸気開口部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の気化器。
- 前記空気の空気流を検出するように構成された圧力センサであって、前記圧力センサは、前記コントローラに結合され、前記空気流を前記検出すると前記コントローラに信号を送信する、圧力センサをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の気化器。
- 前記信号が前記コントローラに前記加熱器を加熱させる、請求項3に記載の気化器。
- 前記加熱器用の構造ハウジングであって、前記構造ハウジングは、前記加熱器の少なくとも大部分を囲み、前記構造ハウジングの内側壁と前記加熱器との間の1つ以上の延長部を介して前記加熱器を懸架する、前記加熱器用の構造ハウジングをさらに備える、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の気化器。

- 前記スクリーンは、前記オーブンから絶縁されており、前記コントローラは、前記スクリーンの長さに沿って測定された抵抗から前記スクリーンの温度を判定するようにさらに構成される、請求項9に記載の気化器。
- 前記コントローラは、前記スクリーンと前記オーブンチャンバとの間において測定された電圧から前記スクリーンの温度を判定するようにさらに構成される、請求項9または請求項10に記載の気化器。
- 前記コントローラは、加熱器温度、流量、および時間のうちの1つ以上の関数として前記加熱された空気の空気温度を判定するようにさらに構成される、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の気化器。
- 前記加熱器と前記オーブンチャンバとの間にある1つ以上の熱電対センサであって、前記1つ以上の熱電対センサは、前記加熱された空気の空気温度を検知し、前記コントローラに温度入力を提供するように構成される、1つ以上の熱電対センサをさらに備える、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の気化器。
- 前記コントローラは、測定回路に結合されたマイクロコントローラを備え、
前記測定回路は、前記加熱器の加熱器温度を測定する、請求項1から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の気化器。 - 前記測定回路は、2端子測定回路を備える、請求項14に記載の気化器。
- 前記測定回路は、4端子測定回路を備える、請求項14に記載の気化器。
- 前記マイクロコントローラは、加熱器温度と、前記加熱器と前記オーブンチャンバとの間の前記加熱された空気の空気温度と、に基づいて、前記加熱器に与えられるエネルギを制御するように構成される、請求項14に記載の気化器。
- 前記マウスピースは、前記外側ハウジングの第1の端部にあり、前記オーブンチャンバは、前記第1の端部とは反対側にある、前記外側ハウジングの第2の端部にある、請求項1から請求項17のいずれか一項に記載の気化器。
- 前記マウスピースと前記オーブンチャンバとが互いに隣接する、請求項1から請求項17のいずれか一項に記載の気化器。
- 前記加熱器は、前記気化器本体内に懸架される、請求項1から請求項19のいずれか一項に記載の気化器。
- 前記加熱器および前記少なくとも1つの開口部は、前記空気が前記加熱器の上を通過するときに乱気流を引き起こす、請求項1から請求項20のいずれか一項に記載の気化器。
- 前記マウスピースを使用してユーザによって引き起こされた空気流が検出されたときに気化器動作が開始する、請求項1から請求項21のいずれか一項に記載の気化器。
- 外側ハウジングと、前記外側ハウジング内に収容され空洞を画定する内部構造ハウジングとを備える、気化器本体と、
前記外側ハウジングの一部分を通って前記内部構造ハウジングの前記空洞内に延びる、空気入口であって、前記空気入口を通って空気が前記空洞内に入る、空気入口と、
前記内部構造ハウジングの前記空洞内に懸架された加熱器であって、前記加熱器は、前記空気が通過する1つ以上の開口部を有し、前記加熱器および前記複数の開口部は、前記空気が加熱のために前記加熱器の上を通過したときに前記空気に乱流を生成する、加熱器と、
前記内部構造ハウジングの前記空洞内にあり、気化可能物質が、前記加熱器によって加熱された前記空気によって加熱され、前記加熱された空気中に前記気化可能物質を気化させる、ように構成されて内部に保持される、オーブンチャンバと、
前記加熱器に結合され、前記加熱器への空気流が検出されると、前記加熱器を所定の温度まで加熱するように構成される、コントローラと、
前記加熱された空気および気化された物質を送達するように構成される、マウスピースと、
を備える、気化器。 - 気化器のマウスピースにおける吸い込みを検知するステップと、
前記気化器の加熱器にエネルギを与えるステップと、
前記加熱器からの加熱された空気の空気温度を監視するステップと、
前記加熱器に与えられる前記エネルギを変更することによって、前記気化器のオーブンチャンバのオーブン温度を制限するステップと、
前記加熱器の抵抗の変化に応じて加熱器温度を制御するように、前記加熱器の前記加熱器温度を調整するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記マウスピースにおける前記吸い込みは、前記気化器の空洞内における周囲空気の検知された圧力降下から検出される、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱された空気の前記空気温度は、前記加熱器と前記オーブンチャンバとの間にある1つ以上の熱電対センサから測定される、請求項24または請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱器温度を調整する、前記ステップは、前記加熱器の目標抵抗セットポイントを決定するステップと、所定の閾値を超えないように前記加熱器温度を調整するステップと、を含む、請求項24から請求項26のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 4端子測定から前記加熱器の前記加熱器温度を判定するステップをさらに含む、請求項24から請求項27のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱器に与えられる前記エネルギの周波数およびデューティサイクルのうちの1つ以上を調整することによって、前記4端子測定に応じて前記加熱器に与えられる前記エネルギを調整するステップをさらに含む、請求項24から請求項28のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱器に与えられる前記エネルギを調整するステップは、前記気化器の前記加熱器と前記オーブンチャンバとの間の前記空気の前記空気温度に応じて行われる、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 外側ハウジングを備える気化器本体と、
前記気化器本体内にある加熱器であって、前記加熱器は、前記加熱器の領域内を流れる空気の流れを乱し、前記加熱器の領域内を流れる空気を加熱するように構成される、加熱器と、
前記加熱器に流体接続し、気化可能物質が、前記加熱器によって加熱された前記空気によって加熱され、前記加熱された空気中に前記気化可能物質を気化させる、ように構成されて内部に保持される、オーブンチャンバと、
前記加熱された空気および気化された物質を送達するように構成される、マウスピースと、
を備える、気化器。 - 前記加熱された空気および気化された物質が前記外側ハウジング内を前記マウスピースまで移動するときに、前記加熱された空気および気化された物質の流れをさらに分配し、かつ冷却するためのチャネル領域をさらに備える、請求項31に記載の気化器。
- 前記加熱器に結合され、前記加熱器を所定の温度まで加熱するように構成されたコントローラをさらに備える、請求項31に記載の気化器。
- 前記外側ハウジングの一部分を貫通して形成される吸気開口部であって、ユーザが前記マウスピースにおいて吸い込むと、前記空気が前記吸気開口部を介して前記気化器本体に入る、吸気開口部をさらに備える、請求項31に記載の気化器。
- 前記加熱器は、自身の長さに沿ってノッチ付き領域を含む細長いチューブを備える、請求項31に記載の気化器。
- 前記オーブンチャンバの壁は、空隙によって囲まれる、請求項31に記載の気化器。
