Claims (19)
- 管腔内の画像を取得するシステムであって、
管腔内へ挿入するために構成された撮像プローブであって、前記撮像プローブは、第1撮像モダリティおよび第2撮像モダリティにしたがって画像を取得するように構成された撮像アセンブリを備える、撮像プローブ;
前記撮像プローブとの間でインターフェースを構成するドライバおよびアダプタユニット;
前記ドライバおよびアダプタユニットを介して前記撮像アセンブリとインターフェースを構成することができる少なくとも1つのプロセッサであって、前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、
前記ドライバおよびアダプタユニットを制御して、前記撮像アセンブリの第1並進動作を指示するステップ;
前記第1並進動作中に、前記撮像アセンブリから第1画像セットを取得するステップ;
前記第1画像セット内の関心領域を識別するかまたは前記関心領域を識別する入力を受信するステップ;
前記ドライバおよびアダプタユニットを制御して、前記撮像アセンブリの前方並進動作を指示するステップ;
前記前方並進動作中に、前記第2撮像モダリティから前記関心領域の第2画像セットを取得するステップ;
を実施するように構成されている、
システム。 - 前記システムはさらに、置換液の注射によって前記管腔内の置換可能媒体を置換する媒体置換手段を備え、
前記媒体置換手段は、前記第2画像セットを得るとき前記置換液を注入するように制御することができる、

- 前記第1撮像モダリティは、前記管腔内の前記置換可能媒体の存在と適合性があり、
前記第2撮像モダリティは、前記管腔または空洞内の前記置換可能媒体の存在と適合性がない、
請求項2記載のシステム。 - 前記第1撮像モダリティは血管内超音波撮像機器であり、前記第2撮像モダリティは光コヒーレンストモグラフィ撮像機器である、
請求項2記載のシステム。 - 前記媒体置換手段は、オペレータからのインプットにしたがって制御可能である、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記媒体置換手段は、前記第2画像セットを取得するとき、前記置換液を自動噴射するために、前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサによって自律的に制御される、
請求項2記載のシステム。 - 前記第2撮像モダリティから前記第2画像セットを取得するとき、前記前方並進動作は2mm/sを超える速度で動作する、
請求項5記載のシステム。 - 前記ドライバおよびアダプタユニットは、前記撮像アセンブリを回転させるように構成されており、
前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、前記第2画像セットが毎秒50フレームを超える速度で取得されるように前記ドライバおよびアダプタユニットを制御するように構成されている、
請求項5記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、前記前方並進動作の開始前において、
前記媒体置換手段が前記置換液を注入するように制御され、前記第2撮像モダリティから画像の初期セットが取得され、
前記画像の初期セットはリアルタイムで処理され、前記置換液によって視野が適切に改善された時点を決定する、
ように構成される、
請求項2記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサはさらに、
媒体置換に関するパラメータを監視するステップ;
前記パラメータが所定値の範囲内にない場合、警告を生成するかまたは前記置換液の注入を終了するステップ;
を実施するように構成されている、
請求項2記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、前記第1画像セットを処理して前記関心領域を識別するように構成されている、
請求項2記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、前記関心領域がリアルタイムで識別されるように構成され、
前記前方並進動作は、前記関心領域を識別した後に自動的に実行される、
請求項2記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサによる前記第1画像セットの処理は、グレースケールピクセル解析、高周波解析、テクスチャ解析、およびヒューリスティック解析からなる群から選択される方法を実行することによって、組織タイプを識別するステップを有する、
請求項12記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、前記第1画像セットを既知のまたは予想される特性と比較することによって前記関心領域を識別するように構成され、
前記既知のまたは予想される特性は、正常な解剖学的特徴、病理学的解剖学的特徴、または医療用インプラントのうちの1つまたは複数の、空間プロファイルおよび/または組織タイプである、
請求項12記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、パターン認識アルゴリズムを使用して前記関心領域を識別するように構成されている、請求項12記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、ユーザ構成可能な閾値パラメータにしたがって前記関心領域を識別するように構成されている、請求項12記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、
前記第1画像セットを処理して複数の関心領域を識別するステップ;
所定の条件にしたがって前記関心領域をランク付けするステップ;
前記ランク付けに従って前記関心領域のサブセットを選択するステップ;
前記サブセット内の関心領域ごとに前記撮像アセンブリの前方並進動作を指示するように前記ドライバおよびアダプタユニットを制御するステップ;
各前記前方並進動作中に、前記第2撮像モダリティから画像を取得し、前記媒体置換手段を制御して前記置換液を注入するステップ;
を実施するように構成されている、
請求項2記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、
ディスプレイを制御して、前記第1画像セットをオペレータに対して提供するステップ;
前記オペレータから入力を受け取るステップであって、前記入力は前記関心領域を識別する、ステップ;
によって前記関心領域を識別するように構成されている、
