Abstract
Description
第1群;炭素数8の飽和脂肪酸(C8:0と略記されることもある)と、炭素数8の飽和脂肪酸の塩と、炭素数8の飽和脂肪酸のグリセリド
第2群;炭素数10の飽和脂肪酸(C10:0と略記されることもある)と、炭素数10の飽和脂肪酸の塩と、炭素数10の飽和脂肪酸のグリセリド
第3群;炭素数4の飽和脂肪酸(C4:0と略記載されることもある)と、炭素数4の飽和脂肪酸の塩と、炭素数4の飽和脂肪酸のグリセリド
2種類の代用乳用組成物11を準備し、これらの各々で調製した代用乳17を子牛に給与して、哺乳期間中および離乳後4週間の発育状況を調べ、実施例1,2とした。代用乳用組成物11の給与開始時の子牛は、8日齢のホルスタイン種の雌の子牛である。各実施例で代用乳用組成物11を給与した子牛の数は10頭とした。発育状況を調べる調査期間は8日齢から92日齢までとし、64日齢で離乳(代用乳用組成物11の給与終了)とした。代用乳17は、代用乳用組成物11の質量1に対して、水(加熱した湯)を5の質量として調製した。スタータとクレイングラスの乾草とを、調査期間を通して給与した。スタータと乾草とは、前述のように、摂取により残量が所定の量に達した場合に、新たに加える方法で給与し、自由採食とした。
実施例と異なる2種類の代用乳用組成物を準備し、これらの各々で調製した代用乳を子牛に給与した他は、実施例と同じ条件とし、比較例1,2とした。

Claims (9)
- 炭素数8の飽和脂肪酸、飽和脂肪酸塩、飽和脂肪酸のグリセリドからなる第1群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物と、
炭素数10の飽和脂肪酸、飽和脂肪酸塩、飽和脂肪酸のグリセリドからなる第2群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物と、
炭素数4の飽和脂肪酸、飽和脂肪酸塩、飽和脂肪酸のグリセリドからなる第3群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物と、
を含有する代用乳用組成物。 - 前記第1群と前記第2群と前記第3群との少なくともいずれかひとつの群の飽和脂肪酸のグリセリドは、飽和脂肪酸のトリグリセリドである請求項1に記載の代用乳用組成物。
- 前記第1群と前記第2群と前記第3群とのそれぞれから選ばれる化合物は、飽和脂肪酸のトリグリセリドである請求項1または2に記載の代用乳用組成物。
- 炭素数4の飽和脂肪酸のトリグリセリドは、炭素数8の飽和脂肪酸のトリグリセリドの質量と炭素数10の飽和脂肪酸のトリグリセリドの質量との和を100とするときに、少なくとも25の質量で含有されている請求項3に記載の代用乳用組成物。
- 粗脂肪を含有しており、
炭素数4の飽和脂肪酸のトリグリセリドは、前記粗脂肪の質量を100とするときに、少なくとも3の質量で含有されている請求項3または4に記載の代用乳用組成物。 - 炭素数12の飽和脂肪酸のトリグリセリドの質量は、代用乳用組成物の質量を100とするときに、5以下である請求項3ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の代用乳用組成物。
- 粗脂肪を含有しており、
炭素数12の飽和脂肪酸のトリグリセリドの質量は、前記粗脂肪の質量を100とするときに、15以下である請求項3ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の代用乳用組成物。 - 粗脂肪を、10質量%以上30質量%以下の範囲内で含有する請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の代用乳用組成物。
