Description
Claims (7)
- 冷却ステージを有する膨張機と、
前記膨張機の排気温度を測定し、測定排気温度を示す排気温度信号を出力する排気温度センサと、
前記冷却ステージを初期温度から極低温に冷却する初期冷却の実行中、前記排気温度信号に基づいて前記測定排気温度を基準温度と比較し、前記測定排気温度と前記基準温度の温度差が基準範囲内である場合に前記初期冷却を完了するコントローラと、を備えることを特徴とする極低温冷凍機。 - 前記膨張機の吸気温度を測定し、測定吸気温度を示す吸気温度信号を出力する吸気温度センサをさらに備え、
前記コントローラは、前記吸気温度信号に基づいて前記測定吸気温度を前記基準温度として使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の極低温冷凍機。 - 前記膨張機に接続され、前記膨張機に吸気される作動ガスが流れる高圧ラインと、
前記膨張機に接続され、前記膨張機から排気される作動ガスが流れる低圧ラインと、
前記高圧ラインの圧力または前記低圧ラインの圧力を測定する圧力センサと、をさらに備え、
前記コントローラは、前記初期冷却の実行中、前記圧力センサによって測定された前記高圧ラインの圧力または前記低圧ラインの圧力のいずれか一方に基づいて前記初期冷却が完了したか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の極低温冷凍機。 - 前記膨張機を駆動するモータの運転周波数を制御するインバータをさらに備え、
前記コントローラは、前記初期冷却を完了するとき前記モータの運転周波数を低下させるように前記インバータを制御することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の極低温冷凍機。 - 膨張機の冷却ステージを初期温度から極低温に冷却する初期冷却を実行することと、
前記初期冷却の実行中、前記膨張機の排気温度を測定することと、
前記初期冷却の実行中、測定された排気温度を基準温度と比較し、前記測定された排気温度と前記基準温度の温度差が基準範囲内である場合に前記初期冷却を完了することと、を備えることを特徴とする極低温冷凍機の起動方法。 - 冷却ステージを有する膨張機と、
前記膨張機に接続され、前記膨張機に吸気される作動ガスが流れる高圧ラインと、
前記膨張機に接続され、前記膨張機から排気される作動ガスが流れる低圧ラインと、
前記高圧ラインの圧力または前記低圧ラインの圧力を測定する圧力センサと、
前記冷却ステージを初期温度から極低温に冷却する初期冷却の実行中、前記圧力センサによって測定された前記高圧ラインの圧力または前記低圧ラインの圧力のいずれか一方に基づいて前記初期冷却が完了したか否かを判定するコントローラと、を備えることを特徴とする極低温冷凍機。 - 膨張機の冷却ステージを初期温度から極低温に冷却する初期冷却を実行することと、
前記初期冷却の実行中、前記膨張機に吸気される作動ガスの圧力または前記膨張機から排気される作動ガスの圧力を測定することと、
前記初期冷却の実行中、測定された前記膨張機に吸気される作動ガスの圧力または前記膨張機から排気される作動ガスの圧力のいずれか一方に基づいて前記初期冷却が完了したか否かを判定することと、を備えることを特徴とする極低温冷凍機の起動方法。
