Claims (20)
- バッテリパックであって、
1つ以上のセルと、
前記1つ以上のセルの少なくとも1つのセルの温度を示す温度測定値を取得するように構成された少なくとも1つの温度センサと、
バッテリチャージャと信号伝達するように構成されたコントローラと、
を備え、
前記コントローラが、
前記少なくとも1つの温度センサから前記温度測定値を取得することと、
前記温度測定値に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記少なくとも1つのセルの前記温度が下限温度閾値と上限温度閾値との間にあることを判定することと、
前記少なくとも1つのセルの前記温度が前記下限温度閾値と前記上限温度閾値との間にあることの判定に応じて、最大充電電流を減少させることであって、前記温度測定値と前記最大充電電流との間の逆関数関係に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記最大充電電流を減少させることを含む、ことと、
前記1つ以上のセルを充電するために、前記最大充電電流に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記バッテリチャージャを制御することと、
を含む、動作を実行するように構成されている、バッテリパック。 - 前記逆関数関係が、単調に減少する関係を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記逆関数関係が、線形に減少する関係を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記最大充電電流に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記バッテリチャージャを制御することが、前記バッテリチャージャから、前記1つ以上のセルを充電するための前記最大充電電流を要求することを含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記温度測定値が、前記バッテリパックの温度測定端子から取得される、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記コントローラが、
前記温度測定値に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記少なくとも1つのセルの前記温度が前記上限温度閾値よりも高いことを判定することと、
前記少なくとも1つのセルの前記温度が前記上限温度閾値よりも高いことを判定したことに応じて、前記バッテリパックの充電を停止することと、
前記バッテリの充電を停止した後に、前記少なくとも1つのセルの前記温度が前記下限温度閾値よりも低いことを判定することと、
前記少なくとも1つのセルの前記温度が前記下限温度閾値よりも低いことを判定したことに応じて、前記バッテリパックの充電を再開することと、
を含む、動作を実行するように更に構成されている、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記バッテリパックの充電を停止することが、充電が停止している間に前記バッテリチャージャから最小電流を要求することを含む、請求項6に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記最大充電電流が、前記バッテリチャージャから周期的な間隔で要求される、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記1つ以上のセルと前記バッテリチャージャとの間に電気伝達を提供するように構成された1つ以上の充電端子を更に備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリチャージャが、
前記1つ以上のセルに電力信号を提供するように構成された電源と、
前記最大充電電流に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記電力信号を調整するように構成されたチャージャコントローラと、を備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記コントローラが、バッテリコントローラであり、前記バッテリパックが、前記バッテリコントローラと前記チャージャコントローラとの間に信号接続を提供するように構成された1つ以上の信号端子を更に備える、請求項10に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記電源が、DC電源である、請求項10に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記電力信号が、電流信号である、請求項10に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記1つ以上のセルが、リチウムイオンセルを含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリパックを前記バッテリチャージャに結合するために、前記バッテリチャージャにおいて1つ以上のスロットと係合するように構成された1つ以上のスロットメカニカルコネクタを備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 過熱状態を回避しながらバッテリパックを充電するための方法であって、
少なくとも1つの温度センサから、少なくとも1つのセルの温度を示す温度測定値を取得することと、
前記温度測定値に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記少なくとも1つのセルの前記温度が下限温度閾値と上限温度閾値との間にあることを判定することと、
前記少なくとも1つのセルの前記温度が前記下限温度閾値と前記上限温度閾値との間にあることの判定に応じて、最大充電電流を減少させることであって、前記温度測定値と前記最大充電電流との間の逆関数関係に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記最大充電電流を減少させることを含む、ことと、
前記少なくとも1つのセルを充電するために、前記最大充電電流に少なくとも部分的に基づいてバッテリチャージャを制御することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記逆関数関係が、単調に減少する関係を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記逆関数関係が、線形に減少する関係を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記温度測定値に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記少なくとも1つのセルの前記温度が前記上限温度閾値よりも高いことを判定することと、
前記少なくとも1つのセルの前記温度が前記上限温度閾値よりも高いことを判定したことに応じて、前記少なくとも1つのセルの充電を停止することと、
前記バッテリの充電を停止した後に、前記少なくとも1つのセルの前記温度が前記下限温度閾値よりも低いことを判定することと、
前記少なくとも1つのセルの前記温度が前記下限温度閾値よりも低いことを判定したことに応じて、前記少なくとも1つのセルの充電を再開することと、
を更に含む、請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのセルの充電を停止することが、充電が停止している間に前記バッテリチャージャから最小電流を要求することを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
