Abstract
【解決手段】動力伝達機構の潤滑構造は、シリンダボア(61)に配置されたピストン(62)にクランクシャフト(25)が連結され、当該クランクシャフトからカムシャフトに動力を伝達している。動力伝達機構の潤滑構造には、クランクシャフトからカムシャフトに動力を伝えるアイドラーギア(31)と、ベアリング(38)を介してアイドラーギアを支持するアイドラーギアシャフト(37)と、が備えられている。アイドラーギアシャフトの一端部がシリンダボア内に突き出しており、当該アイドラーギアシャフトにはシリンダボアからベアリングにオイルを導くオイル通路(71)が形成されている。

Claims (5)
- シリンダボアに配置されたピストンにクランクシャフトが連結され、当該クランクシャフトからカムシャフトに動力を伝達する動力伝達機構の潤滑構造であって、
前記クランクシャフトから前記カムシャフトに動力を伝えるアイドラーギアと、
ベアリングを介して前記アイドラーギアを支持するアイドラーギアシャフトと、を備え、
前記アイドラーギアシャフトの一端部が前記シリンダボア内に突き出しており、当該アイドラーギアシャフトには前記シリンダボアから前記ベアリングにオイルを導くオイル通路が形成されていることを特徴とする動力伝達機構の潤滑構造。 - 前記アイドラーギアシャフトの一端部の上部が切り欠かれて、前記オイル通路の入口となるオイルの受け皿が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達機構の潤滑構造。
- 前記オイルの受け皿だけが前記シリンダボア内に突き出していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の動力伝達機構の潤滑構造。
- 前記ピストンの外周面よりも前記シリンダボアの内側まで前記オイルの受け皿が延びていることを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載の動力伝達機構の潤滑構造。
- 前記オイルの受け皿の少なくとも一部が、下死点に位置した前記ピストンのピストンヘッドよりも下方かつ前記ピストンのピストンボスの下端よりも上方に位置していることを特徴とする請求項2から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達機構の潤滑構造。
