60℃~200℃のキュリー温度を有する磁性材料を含む複数の磁性粒子を含む、エアロゾル形成物品。 - 前記複数の磁性粒子が前記エアロゾル形成基体内に提供される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル形成物品。
- 前記複数の磁性粒子が、前記エアロゾル形成基体の1~30重量パーセントの量だけ存在する、請求項1または2に記載のエアロゾル形成物品。
- 前記磁性粒子の数平均直径が、25マイクロメートル~75マイクロメートルである、請求項1、2または3に記載のエアロゾル形成物品。
- エアロゾル形成物品を受けるための電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置であって、前記装置が、
エアロゾル形成物品を加熱するためのヒーター要素と、
インダクタと、
前記インダクタのインダクタンスを測定し、前記測定されたインダクタンスに応答して前記ヒーター要素への電流の供給を制御するためのコントローラとを備える、装置。 - 前記装置が前記ヒーター要素および前記インダクタの両方を形成する導電コイルを含む、請求項5に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記コントローラが前記導電コイルを通した前記電流の供給を脈動させてエアロゾル形成物品を加熱するように構成され、また前記コントローラが、電流パルス間での前記導電コイルのインダクタンスを測定するよう構成されている、請求項6に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置。
- 請求項5~7のいずれか1項に記載の電気加熱式エアロゾル発生装置と、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル形成物品との組み合わせを含む、電気加熱式エアロゾル発生システム。
- 電気加熱式エアロゾル発生システムを動作させる方法であって、前記システムが、エアロゾル形成物品と、前記エアロゾル形成物品を加熱するためのヒーター要素と、インダクタと、前記インダクタのインダクタンスを測定し、前記ヒーター要素への電流の供給を制御するように構成されたコントローラとを備え、前記方法が、
前記インダクタのインダクタンスを測定する工程と、
前記測定されたインダクタンスを1つ以上の所定のインダクタンス値と比較する工程と、
前記測定されたインダクタンスと前記1つ以上の所定のインダクタンス値との前記比較に基づき、前記ヒーター要素への前記電流の供給を制御する工程とを含む、方法。 - 前記ヒーター要素への前記電流の供給を制御する工程が、前記測定されたインダクタンスが前記1つ以上の所定のインダクタンス値のいずれとも一致しない場合に、前記ヒーター要素に電流が供給されないようにする工程を含み、前記1つ以上の所定のインダクタンス値はそれぞれエアロゾル形成物品のタイプに対応する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の所定のインダクタンス値が、複数の所定のインダクタンス値を含み、前記ヒーター要素への前記電流の供給を制御する工程が、前記ヒーター要素に供給される前記電流を変化させて所定の加熱プロフィールを提供する工程を含み、前記所定の加熱プロフィールが、どの前記複数の所定のインダクタンス値が前記測定されたインダクタンスと一致するかに基づき選択される、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 請求項9、10または11に記載の方法であって、前記エアロゾル形成物品が、複数の磁性粒子を含み、前記ヒーター要素への前記電流の供給を制御する工程が、前記ヒーター要素への前記電流の供給を起動して前記エアロゾル形成物品を前記複数の磁性粒子のキュリー温度を超える温度に加熱する工程を含み、前記方法がさらに、
前記エアロゾル形成物品の加熱中に前記インダクタのインダクタンスおよび前記ヒーター要素の温度を繰り返し測定する工程と、
前記エアロゾル形成物品の加熱中に前記測定されたインダクタンスの低下がいつ発生するかを決定する工程であって、前記インダクタンスの前記低下が、前記複数の磁性粒子が前記キュリー温度に加熱されていることを示す工程と、
前記ヒーター要素に供給される電流を変化させて所定の加熱プロフィールを提供する工程であって、前記所定の加熱プロフィールが、前記測定されたインダクタンスの低下が発生する時間と、前記測定されたインダクタンスの低下が発生する前記ヒーター要素温度のうち少なくとも一つに基づき選択される工程とを含む、方法。 - 前記電気加熱式エアロゾル発生システムが、前記ヒーター要素および前記インダクタの両方を形成する導電コイルを備え、前記ヒーター要素への電流の供給を起動させて前記エアロゾル形成基体を加熱する工程が、前記導電コイルを通した前記電流の供給を脈動させる工程を含み、前記インダクタの前記インダクタンスを繰り返し測定する工程が電流パルス間での前記導電コイルの前記インダクタンスを測定する工程を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
