Claims (19)

前記基体の表面及び前記外部電極の前記内周面に接触するように設けられたガラス層を備える、請求項1に記載の電子部品。 - 前記外周面の3/4以上の領域において、前記金属部が露出している、請求項2に記載の電子部品。
- 前記外部電極は、前記ガラスが凝集したガラス凝集領域を含み、
前記ガラス凝集領域は、前記金属酸化物に接触する、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の電子部品。 - 前記金属酸化物は、遷移金属の酸化物である、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の電子部品。

- 前記導電性ペーストに含まれる前記金属酸化物に対する前記ガラスの体積比は、2.0以上5.3以下である、請求項13又は14に記載の電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記導電性ペースト層を熱処理する工程により、前記金属粒子を含む外部電極と、前記基体と前記外部電極との間に設けられたガラス層とが形成される、請求項13~15の何れか一項に記載の電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記複数の金属粒子の平均粒径は、1μm以上10μm以下である、請求項13~16の何れか一項に記載の電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記複数の金属粒子は、アスペクト比が3以上である高アスペクト比粒子を含む、請求項13~17の何れか一項に記載の電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記高アスペクト比粒子の最小曲率半径の平均は、3μm以下である、請求項13~18の何れか一項に記載の電子部品の製造方法。
