Claims (10)
- 成形方法であって、
金型キャビティと、前記金型キャビティと連通される供給ポートと、前記金型キャビティに接続される連接点と、を含む成形装置を提供する工程と、
注入装置の吐出口を前記供給ポートに係合させる工程と、
前記注入装置により、前記供給ポートから発泡剤を含む成形材料を前記金型キャビティ内に注入する工程と、
前記連接点を介して前記金型キャビティ内に気体を注入し、前記金型キャビティ内部の圧力を所定の圧力まで高め、前記発泡剤を超臨界状態に維持する工程と、
を含む、ことを特徴とする、成形方法。 - 前記成形材料の注入中及び注入後、前記金型キャビティ内の圧力を検出する工程を含み、そのうち、前記所定の圧力が、前記気体を注入する前の前記金型キャビティ内の圧力より実質的に高い、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形方法。
- 前記成形材料を前記金型キャビティ内に注入した後、前記金型キャビティ内の圧力が、前記所定の圧力より実質的に低い第1圧力まで減少される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の成形方法。
- 成形方法であって、
金型キャビティと、前記金型キャビティと連通される供給ポートと、前記金型キャビティに接続される連接点と、を含む成形装置を提供する工程と、
前記成形装置の上方に配置され、吐出口を含む注入装置を提供する工程と、
前記吐出口を前記供給ポートに係合させる工程と、
高分子材料と発泡剤を含む成形材料を前記供給ポートから前記金型キャビティ内に供給する工程と、
前記成形材料を供給した後、前記金型キャビティ内の第1圧力を検出する工程と、
前記連接点を介して前記金型キャビティ内に気体を注入し、前記金型キャビティ内部の圧力を、前記第1圧力から、前記第1圧力より実質的に高い第2圧力まで高める工程と、
を含む、ことを特徴とする、成形方法。 - 前記金型キャビティ内の圧力を前記第1圧力から第3圧力まで高めた後、前記金型キャビティ内の圧力を前記第3圧力から前記第2圧力まで高める工程を含む、ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の成形方法。
- 前記第2圧力が、前記第3圧力より実質的に高い、ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の成形方法。
- 前記気体の注入が、第1分量の前記気体を前記金型キャビティ内に注入することにより、前記金型キャビティ内の圧力を前記第1圧力から前記第3圧力まで高めて、その後第2分量の前記気体を前記金型キャビティ内に注入することにより、前記金型キャビティ内の圧力を前記第3圧力から前記第2圧力まで高める工程を含む、ことを特徴とする、請求項5又は請求項6に記載の成形方法。
- 前記金型キャビティ内部の圧力が、前記成形材料を前記金型キャビティ内に供給する前、5kg/cm2から20kg/cm2の間の範囲である、ことを特徴とする、請求項4~7のいずれか1項に記載の成形方法。
- 前記気体を前記金型キャビティから放出し、前記金型キャビティ内の圧力を、前記第2圧力より実質的に低い第4圧力まで減少する工程を含む、ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の成形方法。
- 前記第4圧力が、前記第1圧力と前記第3圧力より実質的に低い、ことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の成形方法。
