Abstract
Description
図1は、積層電極体製造装置1の模式図である。積層電極体製造装置1は、一例として複数のドラムを組み合わせた連続ドラム式の製造装置である。電極体やセパレータの切断、加熱、接着、積層等の各工程をドラムで実行することで、高速且つ連続的に積層電極体を製造することができる。積層電極体は、例えばリチウムイオン二次電池に用いられる。
実施の形態2は、半径位置調整機構114を備えない点を除き、実施の形態1と概ね共通の構成を有する。以下、本実施の形態について実施の形態1と異なる構成を中心に説明し、共通する構成については簡単に説明するか、あるいは説明を省略する。
Claims (7)
- シート材を保持するための曲面形状の第1保持面を有する複数の第1保持ヘッドと、
複数の前記第1保持ヘッドを円周方向に所定の間隔をあけて且つ各第1保持面が外側を向くように保持し、第1方向に回転して複数の前記第1保持ヘッドを周回させる第1ドラムと、
前記シート材を保持するための平面形状の第2保持面を有する複数の第2保持ヘッドと、
複数の前記第2保持ヘッドを円周方向に所定の間隔をあけて且つ各第2保持面が外側を向くように保持し、前記第1方向とは逆の第2方向に回転して複数の前記第2保持ヘッドを周回させる第2ドラムと、
前記第2ドラムの半径方向に対する前記第2保持面の傾きを調整する傾き調整機構と、
前記シート材の授受が行われる1組の前記第1保持ヘッドおよび前記第2保持ヘッドの相対移動速度を調整する速度調整機構と、を備え、
いずれか一方が前記シート材を保持し、他方が前記シート材を未保持の前記第1保持ヘッドおよび前記第2保持ヘッドは、各ドラムの回転によって前記第1保持面および前記第2保持面が互いに対向する受渡位置に移動し、前記傾き調整機構および前記速度調整機構により前記傾きおよび前記相対移動速度が調整された状況で、前記シート材を前記第1保持面と前記第2保持面との間で受け渡す、
シート材搬送装置。 - 互いに対向する第1保持面および第2保持面において、互いに最も接近する位置に前記シート材の受渡点が形成され、
前記傾き調整機構および前記速度調整機構は、前記受渡点が前記第1保持面に対して平行に移動し、且つ前記受渡点における前記相対移動速度がゼロに近づくように、前記傾きおよび前記相対移動速度を調整する、
請求項1に記載のシート材搬送装置。 - 前記第2ドラムの半径方向における各第2保持面の位置を調整する半径位置調整機構を備える、
請求項1に記載のシート材搬送装置。 - 互いに対向する第1保持面および第2保持面において、互いに最も接近する位置に前記シート材の受渡点が形成され、
前記傾き調整機構、速度調整機構および前記半径位置調整機構は、前記受渡点の位置が各ドラムの回転中心に対して固定され、且つ前記受渡点における前記相対移動速度がゼロに近づくように、前記傾き、前記相対移動速度および前記第2保持面の半径方向位置を調整する、
請求項3に記載のシート材搬送装置。 - 各第2保持ヘッドは、各第1保持ヘッドから前記シート材を受け取り、前記第2ドラムの回転によって積層ステージと対向する積層位置に順次移動し、保持している前記シート材を積層ステージ上に排出して複数のシート材を積層する、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のシート材搬送装置。 - 各第2保持ヘッドは、前記積層位置において前記第2保持面を前記積層ステージに接近させる、
請求項5に記載のシート材搬送装置。 - 前記シート材は、電池の電極板およびセパレータの少なくとも一方を含む、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のシート材搬送装置。
