ベントナイト原鉱を破粉砕した後、水で洗浄した。洗浄後に湿式分級器でふるいをかけて粒度25μm以下であるベントナイトを分離した。ここで、分級器に入る懸濁液の固体-液体比は10%以内である。分離された粒度25μm以下であるベントナイトと脱イオン水(Deionized water)又は精製水を混合して5%以下の固体-液体比を有する懸濁液を製造した。塩基性を有するベントナイト懸濁液を有機酸又は無機酸を用いてpHがpH6~pH8になるようベントナイト懸濁液のpHを調節した。ここに凝集剤を入れて撹拌した。凝集剤としてCaCl2溶液が好ましく、濃度は1M以下にする。撹拌した後に固体-液体を分離し、塩素濃度200-300ppm以下に洗浄して最終の懸濁液の濃度は5%未満にした。
ポリフェノールのモル濃度による染色用溶液の製造及びベントナイト染色
ポリフェノールと媒染剤を混合してベントナイト染色用溶液を製造した。ポリフェノールは、リグニン(Lignin)、ペクチン(Pectin)、タンニン(Tannnic)、又は、カテキン(Catechin)のいずれか1つ以上であり、媒染剤はFe3+、Fe2+又はAl3+のいずれか1つ以上である。ポリフェノールと媒染剤のモル比は1:1~1:10である。表1は、ポリフェノールのモル濃度を10mMとし、媒染剤のモル濃度は100mMに混合した。製造例1~6は、ポリフェノールのモル濃度を10mMにして製造されたベントナイト染色用溶液である。
表3は、ポリフェノールの重さを10mgにし、媒染剤のモル濃度は50mMに混合して製造したベントナイト染色用溶液である。前記ポリフェノールは、リグニン(Lignin)、ペクチン(Pectin)、タンニン(Tannnic)、又は、カテキン(Catechin)のいずれか1つ以上であり、前記媒染剤は、Fe3+、Fe2+又はAl3+のいずれか1つ以上である。製造例7~11は、ポリフェノールの重さを10mgにして製造されたベントナイト染色用溶液である。
試験例1において精製されたベントナイト(0.5g)を試験例2で製造されたポリフェノールと媒染剤を含んでいる染色用溶液で染色し、変色を色彩色差計(MINOLTA)を用いて分析した。CIE L*a*b*color spaceを用いて染色されたベントナイト(0.5g)の色を分析した。表5は、ポリフェノールのモル濃度を10mMに固定して製造された溶液でベントナイトを染色し、変色を色彩色差計を用いて分析した結果である。表6は、ポリフェノールの重さを10mgに固定して製造された溶液でベントナイトを染色し、変色を色彩色差計を用いて分析した結果である。
Claims (10)
- ポリフェノール及び媒染剤を含む、ベントナイトを染色するための組成物。
- 前記ポリフェノールは、リグニン、ペクチン、タンニン及びカテキンからなる群のうちの1つ以上である、請求項1に記載のベントナイトを染色するための組成物。
- 前記媒染剤は、Fe3+、Fe2+及びAl3+からなる群のうちの1つ以上である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のベントナイトを染色するための組成物。
- 前記ポリフェノールと前記媒染剤のモル比は、1:1~1:10である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のベントナイトを染色するための組成物。
- ポリフェノール及び媒染剤を含むベントナイト染色用組成物によって染色されるベントナイト。
- 前記染色されたベントナイトは、結晶系の球面形状と20~50μmの直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のベントナイト。
- 請求項5又は請求項6に記載のベントナイトを含む、化粧料組成物。
- ベントナイトを分離精製するステップと、
ポリフェノール及び媒染剤を混合して溶液を製造するステップと、
ポリフェノール及び媒染剤混液と分離精製されたベントナイトを撹拌させるステップと、
を含むベントナイト染色方法。 - 前記分離精製されたベントナイトの粒度は0.01~100μmである、請求項8に記載のベントナイト染色方法。
- 前記ベントナイトの含量は、前記ポリフェノール及び媒染剤混液100重量%に対して1~20重量%である、請求項8に記載のベントナイト染色方法。
