Claims (18)
- 医療用デバイスであって、
カテーテルアセンブリであって、カテーテルアダプタ本体と遠位先端部を有するカテーテルチュービングとを含むカテーテルアダプタサブアセンブリと、ニードルハブと遠位先端部を有するニードルカニューレとを含むニードルサブアセンブリとを含み、ニードルハブ及びニードルカニューレが固定されて既知の寸法を有している、カテーテルアセンブリと、を含み、
前記カテーテルアダプタ本体と前記ニードルサブアセンブリの一方が磁場の強さと方向を有する永久磁石エレメントを含み、前記カテーテルアダプタ本体と前記ニードルサブアセンブリの他方が磁場の強さと方向を有する磁化可能フィーチャーを含み、前記永久磁石エレメントと前記磁化可能フィーチャーの間には距離があり、前記距離は、カテーテルチュービングがある距離移動されるときに測定データを提供するように構成されて、カテーテルアセンブリに固定されている1つ以上のフィーチャーに対して既知であり、前記遠位先端部が前記距離だけ移動し、前記カテーテルチュービングの遠位先端部の角運動があり、前記カテーテルチュービングの遠位先端部の前記距離と前記角運動は、磁力計の3次元グリッドアレイを使用して決定することができ、前記永久磁石エレメントまたは前記磁化可能フィーチャーのいずれかの各順次移動は、前記永久磁石エレメントまたは前記磁化可能フィーチャーの磁場強度と方向を決定することによって磁力計の3次元グリッドアレイを用いて追跡されるよう構成される医療用デバイス。 - 前記ニードルサブアセンブリは前記磁化可能フィーチャーを含み、前記カテーテルアダプタサブアセンブリは前記永久磁石エレメントを含み、前記ニードルサブアセンブリの前記磁化可能フィーチャーは、ニードル接着剤、ニードル、ニードル安全エレメント、切り欠き部、ニードルフェルール、及び、スポット溶接部からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記永久磁石エレメント及び磁化可能フィーチャーの少なくとも1つは接着剤を含む、請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記接着剤が前記カテーテルチュービングを前記カテーテルアダプタ本体に取り付けている、請求項3に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記接着剤が前記ニードルカニューレを前記ニードルハブに取り付けている、請求項3に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記ニードルサブアセンブリは、前記磁化可能フィーチャーを含み、前記カテーテルアダプタ本体は、前記永久磁石エレメントを含み、前記永久磁石エレメントは、前記カテーテルチュービングを前記カテーテルアダプタ本体に接続するための金属製マンドレル、カテーテルチュービング接着剤、及び、前記カテーテルアダプタ本体上の磁気ウェッジからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記カテーテルアダプタ本体上の前記永久磁石エレメントは前記カテーテルアダプタ本体と一体成形されている、請求項6に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記カテーテルアダプタ本体が前記永久磁石エレメントを含み、前記ニードルサブアセンブリが前記磁化可能フィーチャーを含み、前記磁化可能フィーチャーが前記ニードルカニューレの材料であり、前記ニードルカニューレが高い透磁率を有する材料で作られる、請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記接着剤は、常磁性の添加剤、強磁性の添加剤、及び、それらの組み合わせから選択される添加剤を含む、請求項3に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記添加剤は、粉末状の鉄、磁性の酸化鉄、磁性の酸化チタン、磁性の粉末状のスチール、及び、磁性の鉄合金、並びに、それらの混合物からなる群から選択されるコンポーネントを含む、請求項9に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記磁性の鉄合金は、ニッケル、亜鉛、及び、銅のうちの1つ又は複数を含む、請求項10に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記添加剤は、クロム、マグネシウム、モリブデン、及び、それらの組み合わせから選択されるコンポーネントをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の医療用デバイス。

- カテーテルアダプタサブアセンブリとニードルサブアセンブリの相対位置を決定するためのシステムであって、
カテーテルアダプタ本体と遠位先端部を有するカテーテルチュービングを含むカテーテルアダプタサブアセンブリと、
ニードルハブと遠位先端部を有するニードルカニューレとを含むニードルサブアセンブリであって、前記ニードルハブと前記ニードルカニューレは固定されて既知の寸法を有する、ニードルサブアセンブリと、
前記カテーテルアダプタ本体と前記針サブアセンブリの一方に関連する磁界の強さと方向を有する永久磁石エレメントと、
前記カテーテルアダプタ本体と前記ニードルサブアセンブリの他方に関連する磁界の強さと方向を有する磁化可能フィーチャーであって、測定基準を提供するためにカテーテルアダプタサブアセンブリに固定された一つ以上のフィーチャーに対して永久磁石エレメントと磁化可能フィーチャーの間に距離が存在するようにある場所に配置された磁化可能フィーチャーと、及び
前記カテーテルチュービングがある距離移動したときに、前記カテーテルアダプタサブアセンブリと前記ニードルサブアセンブリの相対的な動きを決定するために、前記カテーテルアダプタサブアセンブリと前記ニードルサブアセンブリに対して配置されるように構成された磁気計の三次元格子状配列を含む超音波システムであって、前記遠位先端部が前記距離を移動し、前記カテーテルチュービングの遠位先端部の角度移動があり、前記カテーテルチュービングの前記遠位先端部の距離および角度移動を決定することができ、前記永久磁石エレメントまたは前記磁化可能フィーチャーのいずれかの各順次移動が、前記永久磁石エレメントまたは前記磁化可能フィーチャーの磁界強度および方向を決定するために、磁気センサの3次元グリッドアレイを用いて追跡されるよう構成される超音波システムと、を含むシステム。 - 前記永久磁石エレメントが前記ニードルサブアセンブリ上にあり、前記磁化可能フィーチャーが前記カテーテルアダプタ本体上にある、請求項16に記載のシステム。
