Claims (4)
- 音波振動及び/又は超音波振動を利用して第1接合部材と第2接合部材とを接合する接合装置における接合方法であって、
前記接合装置が備える接合処理部が前記第1接合部材に音波振動及び/又は超音波振動を与えて共振伸縮させて前記第1接合部材を前記第2接合部材に嵌装する接合ステップを含む接合方法。 - 前記第1接合部材は、凸形状の干渉部を備え、
前記第2接合部材は、前記干渉部と接合する平面形状又は凹形状の接合箇所を備え、
前記接合ステップにおいて、前記第1接合部材が前記第2接合部材に嵌装して、前記干渉部が前記接合箇所を押圧して及び/又は前記干渉部が凹形状の前記接合箇所に嵌って、前記干渉部と前記接合箇所が接合する、請求項1記載の接合方法。 - 前記第2接合部材は、前記第1接合部材が嵌装される嵌装空間を備え、
前記嵌装空間において、前記第1接合部材が嵌装される入り口の断面形状は、前記第1接合部材の先端部の形状以上であって、前記干渉部における断面形状よりも狭い、請求項2記載の接合方法。 - 音波振動及び/又は超音波振動を利用して第1接合部材と第2接合部材とを接合する接合装置であって、
前記第1接合部材に音波振動及び/又は超音波振動を与えて共振伸縮させて前記第1接合部材を前記第2接合部材に嵌装する接合処理部を備える接合装置。
