Description
Claims (3)
- 複数の金属の接合処理を行うめっき金属接合方法であって、
接合処理部が、音波振動及び/又は超音波振動を利用して複数の金属の接合処理を行う接合ステップを含み、
前記複数の金属は、第1金属と第2金属を含み、
前記第1金属の接合箇所は、めっきがなされており、
前記第2金属の接合箇所は、めっきがなされており、
前記接合ステップにおいて、前記接合処理部は、前記第1金属の接合箇所のめっきと前記第2金属の接合箇所のめっきを利用して接合するとともに音波振動及び/又は超音波振動を利用して接合に使用しないめっきを接合箇所外に排出し、
前記第1金属の前記接合箇所は、第1接合箇所と、前記第1接合箇所に続いて接合処理が行われる第2接合箇所を含み、
前記接合ステップにおいて、
前記接合処理部と加圧部が、前記第1接合箇所の接合処理が行われてから前記第2接合箇所の接合処理が行われるまでの間に前記第1金属及び前記第2金属を挟んだ状態で加圧し、
前記接合処理部は、音波振動及び/又は超音波振動を利用してホーンを振動させて前記第1接合箇所の接合処理を行い、ホーンを振動させていない状態で前記第1金属及び前記第2金属を移動させ、前記ホーンを振動させて前記第2接合箇所の接合を行い、
前記ホーンを振動させていない状態の時間は、前記第1金属及び第2金属を移動させる時間よりも長い、めっき金属接合方法。 - 複数の金属の接合処理を行うめっき金属接合方法であって、
接合処理部が、音波振動及び/又は超音波振動を利用して複数の金属の接合処理を行う接合ステップを含み、
前記複数の金属は、第1金属と第2金属を含み、
前記第1金属の接合箇所は、めっきがなされており、
前記第2金属の接合箇所は、めっきがなされておらず、
前記接合ステップにおいて、前記接合処理部は、音波振動及び/又は超音波振動を利用して前記第1金属の接合箇所のめっきを排出して前記第1金属と前記第2金属とを接合し、
前記第1金属の前記接合箇所は、第1接合箇所と、前記第1接合箇所に続いて接合処理が行われる第2接合箇所を含み、
前記接合ステップにおいて、
前記接合処理部と加圧部が、前記第1接合箇所の接合処理が行われてから前記第2接合箇所の接合処理が行われるまでの間に前記第1金属及び前記第2金属を挟んだ状態で加圧し、
前記接合処理部は、音波振動及び/又は超音波振動を利用してホーンを振動させて前記第1接合箇所の接合処理を行い、ホーンを振動させていない状態で前記第1金属及び前記第2金属を移動させ、前記ホーンを振動させて前記第2接合箇所の接合を行い、
前記ホーンを振動させていない状態の時間は、前記第1金属及び第2金属を移動させる時間よりも長い、めっき金属接合方法。 - 前記接合ステップにおいて、前記接合処理部は、前記第1金属の接合箇所において、前記第1金属の溶解温度を超えない温度でめっきを溶かして接合箇所から排出し、前記第1金属の接合箇所と前記第2金属の接合箇所を直接接合する、請求項2記載のめっき金属接合方法。
