Claims (8)
- 複数の金属の接合処理を行うめっき金属接合方法であって、
接合処理部が、音波振動及び/又は超音波振動を利用して複数の金属の接合処理を行う接合ステップを含み、
前記複数の金属の一部又は全部は、接合処理が行われる接合箇所においてめっきがなされており、
前記接合ステップにおいて、前記接合処理部は、前記めっきの少なくとも一部を利用して接合処理を行い、及び/又は、前記めっきの少なくとも一部が除かれた状態の金属を利用して接合処理を行う、めっき金属接合方法。 - 前記接合ステップにおいて、前記接合処理部は、接合箇所において、めっきがなされた金属の溶解温度を超えない温度で接合処理を行う、請求項1記載のめっき金属接合方法。
- 前記接合ステップにおいて、前記接合処理部は、接合箇所において、めっきの溶解温度を超えない温度で接合処理を行う、請求項1又は2に記載のめっき金属接合方法。
- 前記接合箇所は、第1接合箇所と、前記第1接合箇所に続いて接合処理が行われる第2接合箇所を含み、
前記接合ステップにおいて、前記接合処理部は、前記第1接合箇所に対して接合処理を行い、前記第1接合箇所及び前記第2接合箇所を冷却して、前記第2接合箇所に対して接合処理を行う、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のめっき金属接合方法。 - 前記接合ステップにおいて、
前記接合箇所は、前記接合処理部及び/又は加圧部によって圧力を加えられており、
前記接合箇所におけるめっきの少なくとも一部は、音波振動及び/又は超音波振動並びに圧力によって移動する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のめっき金属接合方法。 - 前記接合ステップにおいて、
前記接合箇所におけるめっきの少なくとも一部は、音波振動及び/又は超音波振動並びに圧力によって前記接合箇所から排出され、
前記接合処理部は、めっきの少なくとも一部が排出された状態で、複数の金属の接合処理を行う、請求項5記載のめっき金属接合方法。 - 前記複数の金属は、第1金属と、第2金属を含み、
前記第1金属及び前記第2金属の少なくとも一方は、めっきがなされており、
前記接合ステップにおいて、前記接合処理部は、前記第1金属が曲げられて前記第2金属を挟んだ状態で前記接合処理を行う、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のめっき金属接合方法。 - 複数の金属の接合処理を行うめっき金属接合装置であって、
音波振動及び/又は超音波振動を利用して複数の金属の接合処理を行う接合処理部を備え、
前記複数の金属の一部又は全部は、接合処理が行われる接合箇所においてめっきがなされており、
前記接合処理部は、前記めっきの少なくとも一部を利用して接合処理を行い、及び/又は、前記めっきの少なくとも一部が除かれた状態の金属を利用して接合処理を行う、めっき金属接合装置。
